Das ist unglaublich nervig, da ich aufgrund eines Auszugs unter Zeitdruck mit dem Verkauf von Gegenständen stehe. Kundenservice existiert scheinbar kaum. Telefonnummern gibt es nicht, nur Kontaktformular. Allerdings seit 4 Tagen keine Rückmeldung auf mein Anliegen. Muss wohl ein anderer Dienstleister bezahlt werden

Werbung an sich wäre ja okay, aber wenn diese ständig andere Apps in den Vordergrund schaltet und man nur noch am kämpfen ist, dass man diese eine App im Vordergrund behält, ist das einfach nur dreist und soll Nutzer dazu schikanieren, sich das Anti-Werbung Abo zu holen.
Absolutely terrible user account management. Instead of having a proper process, they have simple blanket policy, any thing out of ordinary just suspend the account indefinitely. Thats it. no way to restore the account or talk to any one. in my case, i changed mobile, forgot password to the account, tried to renew the password, all of sudden suspicious activity detected and now i am locked out, no matter what i do, i cant login to the account, even temporary blocked my Ip address.Do better plz
I love this App. In Germany you can still trust the majority of the people. The only problem is that the advertisements open themselves. I have no problems with advertisements, but if they automatically redirect me to their site, that is the problem! AliExpress for example will take me to their site, then open the AliExpress app. It wastes a lot of time. I also feel it is unethical. It will give it 5 stars as soon as it is resolved.
Pinterest, YouTube, San Francisco companies, Meta, X, etc etc etc - devs are hustling upon your data like crazy. read their "Datenschutz"erklärung, its both hilarious and disgusting. also read their answers right here on how they protect you from scammers, its very much showing their spirit. I'm avoiding this app/platform from now on and recommend you do the same. the app is of a low quality anyway, hardly can replace the web version

Mein Konto wurde grundlos gesperrt. Auf die Reviews wird automatisiert geantwortet, auf Supportanfrage seit Wochen gar nicht. Ziehe DSA-Beschwerde in Betracht.

Der Verkäufer will das Geld zurück zahlen, aber kleinanzeigen.de will den Fall nicht lösen, blockiert von meiner Seite aus die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. eBay Kleinanzeigen war mal brauchbar; jetzt nicht mehr. Mein Geld ist weg. :(

Mein 8 Jahre alter Account wurde einfach ohne Begründung und Vorwarnung gelöscht und gesperrt, mit ihm eine top Bewertung und 30 Anzeigen deren Beschreibungen ich mühevoll und aufwendig verfasst habe. Vielen Dank! Laut Internet scheint dies mittlerweile sehr häufig und ohne konkreten Grund zu passieren, man sei also vorgewarnt, es kann alles ohne Vorwarnung verschwinden! Die Antwort vom Betreiber scheint er Scherz zu sein, der Kundensupport antwortet nämlich nicht auf Anfragen da "viel Betrieb"
With the new update, they added AI search which tries to understand your search query rather than searching with it as is, now everything is infinitely harder to find which completely ruined the app. This is on top of only being able to see likes on the random results on the main page but not in your favorited items among other nuances. With every update, they somehow make the app worse and worse.

After the last update, whenever you want to browse a category, it immediately chooses the whole Deutschland as the Ort, instead of the place you chose before. This is super annoying because usually, I only want to get the results from the same area.
The app is becoming worse and worse with every update. Recently they made a very bad design choice by resetting the search area and radius every time I click on a category like verschenken and Tauchen. This is really stupid because the user has to click many times now just to set their search area which I rarely changed before. Also now when you click on a category it does not show you immediately the recently listed items, but things like recommended, which of no interest...what a shame!

Es ist eine gute Anwendung, aber das Problem ist, dass man, wenn man jemanden anschreibt, der nur per E-Mail erreichbar ist, nach Erhalt der Nachricht nicht weiß, wer die Nachricht geschickt hat - keine Werbe-ID, nichts.

Seit dem letzten Update lädt die App gar nicht mehr auf meinem Handy.
Wenn man keine Probleme hat gut, der technische Service ist unterirdisch, habe 1,5 Monate auf eine Lösung gewartet. Mit Edge nicht benutzbar (Banking, Amazon, Email funktioniert trotzdem). Teilweise nicht zu benutzen, trotz 5G, liegt nicht an der Verbindung. Muss ich ja nicht mehr...

No, we haven't notice the app is opening faster. Instead, it stopped working at all. In the web version the entire message history is missed! This is indeed an issue because purchase history, even made through Kleinsnzeigen, is never duplicated anywhere (e.g. emails) and it means purchase history is lost!
App lädt nicht mehr. Neustart und Cache löschen alles vergeblich. Neuste Version ist installiert. Mein Gerät läuft mit allen anderen Apps einwandfrei, nur Kleinanzeigen geht nicht mehr
would give it 0 stars if I could, this is the most money hungry app there is on the playstore. I accidentally deleted my listing and they are asking 3€ just to reupload it which is ridiculous because my listings usually aren't shown properly meaning I could just be losing out on money for no reason

the security system is horribly unsophisticated, psychopaths who take offense cuz of rejection, follow you like karens & till forever report your posts & the system takes your post down one after another, you beg them in emails to tell you atleast a reason why they deleted ur posts, they say :"read the 'nutzung bediengungen" and i read it, still didnt find anything wrong in my normal post, i find same exact posts/items there. psychos can easily abuse the system vs ppl like me with top rating.
Users are getting blocked automatically for multiple wrong login attempts and then a password change. Customer support is EXTREMLY SLOW, more then 15 days has passed and there is still no answer. Maybe they should recheck their flag system then there wouldnt be so much inqueiers to the Customer support.

app no longer knows where it is. giving whole of Germany instead of local. have to constantly tell it where it is. even then, I don't want AI search. I want it to find what I stated. not something it thinks I want.

The mobile app often takes forever to load, and I know for sure it's not something on my end, as I don't encounter this issue with any other application / service. If it actually loads, it's easy to use and practical, but the amount of time I've spent staring on a grey screen with nothing happening but there subtle wavy loading animation in absolutely cursed.

Die App ist sehr gut, aber ich habe in letzter Zeit Ladeprobleme. Ich kann es nicht direkt dort bequem ansehen, sondern muss es über einen Browser aufrufen. Bitte beheben Sie das Problem.
Sehr verbugged. Das Menü ruckelt, die Filter werden nicht angenommen. Das Menü bei automodellen wurde geändert auf eine extrem unübersichtliche modellauswahl. Die Suche ist extern penibel. Overall einfach sehr schlecht gemacht. Das einzige was es aufrecht erhält ist die communitygröße. Auch das "sicher bezahlen" ist mühselig und hat viel zu lange Abläufe. Man darf da locker mal mehrere Tage warten bis der Käufer zahlt und der darf sich da auch gefühlt unendlich Zeit lassen...

War mal eine Top-Plattform, aber obwohl ich wenig Probleme mit nerviger Werbung habe, ist die App seit ein paar Wochen ständig kaputt. Content lädt nicht oder erst nachdem man sie gekillt hat, Suche hängt - wahrscheinlich haben sie sich einen Vibecoder fürs Backend eingetreten.
