App jams up at payment, wont allow you to pay then airfare increases while trying to pay. finally get to pay then ticket comes through as awaiting payment. have to pay twice, then terrible process to try and get refund. dont use this app for ticket purchases.
After installing, I never manages to log in. I entered my credentials, but the button to login stays greyed out. I also tried to login with my FFnumber, the button to login is blue, but after pressing it nothing happens.
App says "sorry we can't create boarding pass right now". That is literally the only purpose of the app for 99% lf people.

wins the award of the most dysfunctional mobile app. It's a joke, I have been trying to login to my account for last 2 days. Good that I have printed tickets. Please stop developing this app and go back to traditional ways of text messages instead of app based booking and information delivery.
Simply cannog log in. I go through all the steps to log in, the window closes and redirects to the app and still not logged in.

unusable. can't log in. can log in perfectly on my desktop with my email and password, try to log in on the app and it tells me it needs to send me a pin to my email which never arrives. apparently the account that I can very clearly see and use on my desktop does not exist.
"Something went wrong" when trying to search for a flight, again and again. Useless!
It is an awful, useless app. Constantly logs me out, and logging back in is often impossible (I am presented either with a nonsensical error page or nothing).
I don't see the point of you guys doubling the fare for 1-way tickets. Why can't we book a promo fare that is promo business class on the departure, and promo economy on the way back?
only option to enter passport data is to scan the passport. so if the camera isn't working properly or you want to check in for someone else (like an older parent) you can't

DO NOT install this app. it does nothing. no checkin available, doesn't show what "food" is expected in the flight even after checkin window opens... why install when it does absolutely nothing??? 1. no seat selection 2. Food served is best described as junk - no options in a 10 hour long international flight. only serve potato, chilli and sugar and call it vegetarian!!! 3. To top it all an elderly male crew in economy section of KL 874 HYD to AMS is the rudest cabin crew you can come across!!

De oude app was goed, nu is het heel onoverzichtelijk, onbetrouwbaar en traag. De taal in de app kan je niet veranderen. (wat best stom is voor zo'n app) En ik heb mijn brouwser moeten gebruiken om toegang te krijgen.
payment screen doesn't work
Poor. Couldn't pay online on mobile or laptop. Downloaded the app. Could only pay by bank transfer, and it is still pending despite money coming out of my account.
People be very careful with their FLYING BLUE programme is nothing but scam. I earned some miles after traveling and I also bought some. After some few years they canceled the miles I earned after traveling and later canceled the one's I bought. I believe they can cancel the one's I earned by saying it has expired but what about the one's I paid with my hard earned money? I reserved it for the future and they shamelessly deleted everything. People who wants to enroll on this FLYING BLUE desist.

this app used to work great. then all of a sudden I open it one day and I'm logged out and cannot get logged back in. I'm not entering wrong details and replies by KLM are painfully slow on WhatsApp. this used to be a great app now it's garbage
The app is not working.
I will delete my app and me and my family will never use this scam company again. Only used once to fly to Kilimanjaro. They lost our luggage, my backbag was completely destroyed. They refused any kind of reasonable compensation. Not even cover the price of the backbag, not to talk about other costs related to delayed luggage, broken hiking gear, missing items. Avoid at any costs!!!!!
Abysmal app, unworthy of an otherwise good airline. Constant glitches, payments are deducted from bank account or PayPal but not recognized, blame is shifted onto the customer. Bookings vanish overnight but refunds take ages and multiple tries with the customer service. The "social media" customer service via Whatsapp is somehow even worse. 3h of trying to blame the customer until accepting responsibility but deferring to the helpline due to inability. How this app can get 4,4stars is beyond me.

I need to refresh 1000 times just to see a random text which I can't even tap, use or anything with, mind you, my internet connection is perfect no matter what excuse you have to make & blame me for, so either keep this 1 star review or actually work the app to make it better & actually decent.

Be very careful if you're traveling with KLM and you're not Dutch or at least Dutch speaking. The crew will profile you and treat you differently. Specially the ones who have been 20+ years with the company, they abuse their power and mistreat you as if you don't matter. On top of that, when you make a complaint to the CEO, it is taken lightly as if nothing happened. Very disappointed at the company.
Slow. More features should be added to enable passengers manage their account without the need to wait for hours to speak with an agent.

Beware the booking via the app with partial miles does NOT work well. I received a confirmation email saying everything is OK and will get my tickets soon. As I was fearing after calling KLM service, waiting on the line, I understood it was NOT confirmed (contrary to the email received). I was refunded and told to book via the website (i.e. surely an issue with the app). I told the customer service person to notify the IT department to avoid similar issues (not sure if this will be done).
2021: if this is one of the "best" Airlines disheartens me. Flights SUPER EXPENSIVE and get canceled without ANY compensation or consideration, the extra costs thereto must be borne by me. Food is generally terrible. I'm a loyalty member and feel handled like a cow in a stable. if this is the best, how to expectof the rest?... the app is also constantly failing, 10 out of 10 times i try to book it shows a "technical error" from their site. Big fat waste of time. PS 2026: THE SAME.

I couldn't even change my flight dates with this app. I needed to call a call center and they changed my flight and emailed me a paylink. So, no use for the app. It doesn't work
The single most stressful app I have ever used. I need my boarding pass but to do that I need to verify my email. But it won't send me an e-mail even after trying 10 times. What kind of useless app can't even send an e-mail? Really stressing me out giving me a horrible impression of KLM.
Your one time pin are not working been trying all day to eegister for in flight wifi.
Totally illogical design. You are asked to log in 2 or 3 times while you are still on the same page or dealing with the same issue. Also, it is not easy to navigate where you want to be. NOT user-friendly design whatever.
