After the Match-3 game rolls out for everyone, this game will very much be a pay to play game. You'll need gems to get boosters or to just complete at least 10 Match-3 games a day for your daily tasks. You'll also lose an hour long energy burst (x2 a day), if you buy anything too. So don't expect to make much progress in the game anymore. At least the game was great for about a week.. Now it's ruined. Oh, and they don't care about your feedback. They just want your money.
hi im really choked. 3 times for sure possibly 4 times. i just finished buying energy and i left for a phone call went back to the game and it took all my.energy again. like w.t.h I just paid for it.
I QUIT. Just delete my account. Can't play the one game that exercises my brain. I just give up.

the good: no ads, nice graphics, smooth game play. the bad: nothing like your ads, or even images on Google play. this was a totally boring, no challenge, waste of time. the concept sucked. it is just a cheap knockoff of Farmville, Township, etc. just a copy cat game.
Fake advertising, pictures are not representative of gameplay at all, used to be a good game, grindy but fun, now it's a transparent cash grab. Your ads don't show ANY part of real gameplay you liars
keeps freezing deep in story
Tons of stuff requires energy and the perfect way to get some (The weekly tasks) is now no longer profitable to do as the main way to get weekly points from tasks (spending 250-350 energy in a place and 170-250 energy in a temp place, now both are much higher) cannot be reasonably done because the energy cost is way higher than the energy rewards. This change wouldn't be a problem if energy wasn't such a hard thing to get without the weekly rewards. I would like to contact the devs directly

the ads are decieving. not what you get once you open. Can't even play for a long time cos you immediately run out of lives. very boring. don't recommend
Very frustrating app, there's too many offers every time you try to do anything. The ad plays nothing like the game and it will take about $30 to advance islands, or about 3 weeks of time for just the last level. Not worth your time or money. The developer should be ashamed.
Just installed this game for the first time but game will not load! What on earth is going on? Klondike server cannot load the game. Every browser/app on my tablet is working and there's 1TB of space. Given the complaints I've scanned in the reviews perhaps it's better to uninstall immediately rather than start trying a new app game... Klondike devs, this is weird, any suggestions?
Not y'all using generative AI to promote your game... And don't try to deny it because I just got one of these ads, which prompted this review, and am looking at the "ad blocked" notification as I'm typing this. Fantastic way to make yourselves look cheap, lazy, greedy, and unethical. Ignorance is not an excuse, not with how widespread the very negative public response has been and all of the info available to us about how genuinely damaging it is to both people and the environment.
So I have a gripe. Twice now I've completed the traders request and twice now I've gotten NOTHING in return. Yes the app is up to date. This is more then irritating. I'm not looking to spend real cash to play a game that doesn't even reward me! This is BS! Don't bother to start, you'll be constantly disappointed. UPDATE:Additionally the support is not helpful in ANY way! UPDATE: Now the app is refusing my known and verified passwords. So I'm being penalized now?!?
The advertisement of the game is misleading. What is in the game is not what I saw initially in the advertisement.
I loved this game and played daily but they ruined everything I loved about it with the updates. I think I am done at this point and will be deleting it.
the game isn't exactly what was advertised and you need to spend money to enjoy the game, the life percent is very little and you need to wait for a very long time for it to load.... honestly I find this game very exhausting 😔

I have tried to reset to factory settings on this game to the beginning. I've taken it off left it for a few days when I turned it on again. It's still not doing anything. how do I get rid of it.

Was enjoying the game but then you ruined it by forcing us to play with other people. some of us just want a simple game to unwind after work. Uninstalled immediately.
Fun but costly and too many glitches. After 6 months of playing this game, I have recorded several glitches with this game especially after spending money, the ads sometimes don't work and don't give the freebies, especially with free bombs. Last night I leveled up the park and a day later, it's as if I didn't do any of it. My energy #s glitch and there's never enough energy to finish any level. I'm not sure how much I'll be playing anymore. Great stories and graphics but too costly.
Love Klondike!! I couldn't get in until an app update, now that the app has been updated, it's not working:(
