worst customer service, very confusing interface designed to cause mistakes, and will not refund even just a few minutes after booking. got offered klook cash for a fraction of my loss. Never book using klook and if you do use a credit card as you will need to submit chargeback requests guaranteed.

I spent a reasonable amount of money on Klook packages and intended to spend more. Until I injured my knee and was unable to attend one of my booked packages. I reached out to them-an hour or two outside of the cancellation window, to be fair-to see about cancelling due to my knee pain (I could barely walk for a few days). They stated they'd only refund my purchase if I provided medical documents and proof of the injury. I was in a foreign country: I didn't go to the hospital. That's just crazy.

I booked a hotel and paid using the GoPay payment methods. The money was transferred to Klook but the booking was not yet made or failed. It says "24 hours CS" but I have waited 3 hours to contact CS agents and it's waiting line still 30+ I need help to confirm my booking or at least my money back. Thank you for your understanding

when I tried to book a KL aquaria ticket, the app showed no confirmation and instead popped up some advertisement after providing the card details. so I booked again, but even the previous booking had taken place despite the app issue. so I ended up paying twice and klook has refused refund and I'm still fighting with their support team, so be careful when you use their app

Providing some klook points as compensation instead of a practical resolution is an unacceptable way to handle a legitimate service issue. It is disappointing that a request to adjust an airport drop-off time-submitted nearly 20 hours in advance-was rejected, especially after I provided clear documentation that the airline rescheduled the flight due to technical reasons. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your service, and I will be reconsidering any future bookings with you.

I was using this for all my bookings in Japan and honestly it is very convenient to use, until I found out that I have to pay the hidden security deposit when I rent a car through Klook. While booking it showed me that there is no deposit required I just have to give my credit card but won't be charged when I pick up the car, but in contract it is written that I have to pay a refundable 100K yen security deposit and only by credit card, & what if I don't have it? booking cancelled without refund

Worst app! I will never recommend klook to anyone. When you in foreign country and click help button, the apps always crash and no one from klook team is able to assist! At the end, we miss the train and pay extra for the taxi. Klook customer service was also terrible! In compare to their competitor Trip, Trip are much much more better! Very disappointed with Klook service nowadays as it getting worst and wost! And your price so much expensive. Updated 05/04/26: No improvement at all. No cs.

I've stopped using klook. There was a period I used it a lot and was a gold member. Now I've realised there are other, better options that sell the same things at better prices, with more vouchers that don't run out in 0.001 seconds (which is ridiculous btw @klook).

They need to be more clear about currencies. I bought an attraction in Japan for 200¥ each and found out after booking that I have been charged in Chinese Yuan instead of Japanese Yen. I'm not even Chinese. So the actual price was much higher than expected! Showing JPY or CNY etc. would be safer, as obviously some currencies have the same symbol. I spoke to customer service, and after waiting 48 hours they wouldn't refund me.
