Update! Devs say you need a bank account about my review.. they had my bank info with 3 years history the ENTIRE time!They are trying to lie in the reply. App still sucks! Only gives $25 . App used to let me loan out 300. now its $25. then you check 1 min later and it's $50. 2 min later back to $25. Then when try to get points by doing a service they never deposit the points.. What a scam. You watch videos and it doesn't give you the points alot of time... one of the worse loan apps ever now!

It takes 2 to 3 day to get a response via mail.Every time I open the app to see if I can get a advance im am told to link my card I do the small validation amount is sent to my bank witch is reflected and still is not consided link. edited a month later still unable to like card or get advance still say claims of able to get a advance and not being access

it keeps taking my money I deleted my account and uninstall the app and it just keep pulling money out my account
customer service is complete and total garbage. nonexistent even. I recently redownloaded the app and signed in and I had an overdue balance. originally I received a couple replies from customer service and was sent an invoice. I made the payment on my balance and was told that they would update my account to reflect the payment i made. since then I have received zero response from customer support and even escalated several tickets and still nothing. it has been several weeks now no response.

This app is horrible so why can't get support just a bot I connect my bank it shows both of my accounts then it just decided to pick the account that my deposits don't go in and mine u it's the same account asking me to use the account well dummies u won't pick up that account why in the hell would it show then drop it off every one doesn't use checking alot of accounts now more than one account more than one type of account but okay customer is a bot I'm over it the scammers on the other app
why call yourself a cashadvance app if you cant cash advance without spending months getting stupid trophies by logging in everyday the idea for this app is dumb and wasted my and lots of other people's time. it tells you you have enough to get the smallest amount which is 10 at first but when you actually try to do it it says last minute you need almost 1000 trophies when you only get 1 to 5 a day
What a joke. less that 50% succes rate getting my points after completing tasks. ridiculous amount of time with support to try to eventually get those points . Those running this business should be in jail.

I have "linked" my debit card probably 20x+ and I've never even gotten past that stage. I've reached out and nothing changed. i'm unsure what kind of situation this is, but it gives sketch to me.
If you're in need of a cash advance fast this is not the app for you. You have to scan receipts and play games to get points. It takes 1400 points just to get a cash advance up to $5. And you download one game then you got to download another and so on. Will be removing this joke of an app.
can never speak to customer service. I have been doing everything I can to talk to somebody to change an advanced repayment date but they keep saying that I can't change it cuz it's tomorrow even though I don't have an advanced out do not download or use it

honestly it's a really great app they just take too long to solve issues or to reply back, I forgot my password and it won't even let me change my password it stays frozen .

I am in a infinite loop of signing in and out, I made a account a while back and the app refuses to let me in. as soon as I re-enter my username and password again, it kicks me right back out again.
I really wish I could give this app. No stars, it is nothing but problems. And when you finally do get your account set up, it won't verify your card. Donot use Klover Ach they donot respond and I advised I never received the money and to remove my banking info. I asked to cancel, and there was still no response. klover donot take money from me because I did not receive the money..

I've been using klover for quite a while with no issues. all of the sudden my paydate is wrong and CS told me to delete the app and reinstall it, now my account won't verify.
