I've been trying to reset my password for 2 months and it does not allow you to do so.
it has stopped working and won't let me sign in and there's no update.
It used to allow you to repay with credits, but they stopped that. and now they stopped using my bank. so now I have 9,000+ credits that can't be used.

Predatory trap! I took a $5 advance just to leave this review. Klover forces you to play games & complete offers for points to get approved. Here is the sick truth: your time playing generates real revenue for them. Instead of paying you for your labor, they give you a loan YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY BACK. Download any other "play to earn" app where you actually keep the cash! Klover exploits people needing a bridge to payday. You run a digital sweatshop and should be ashamed.

I am FUMING. I used this a couple times and didn't get much of an advance but didn't have any problems with it. Then I earned some points and got an email saying I could get a higher amount, so I did so and I used over 6,000 points as well, to get a higher amount. Well I just got the advance LAST NIGHT, and today they not only took it back out, but I had to pay the fees and my points are gone. I tried several times to contact them with their form and it's impossible to get anywhere with that.
WHERE IS MY MONEY! I DID AN IMMEDIATE TRANSFER FOR MY MONEY NOW ITS SAYING IT WILL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW. HEEELLLOOOOO!!!

This is the sorriest customer service I've ever had to do. I've been asking for an agent since 6 AM. And here at his 10 AM and still the auto bot keeps going on and on and on wanting to repeat the same thing over and over and over again, this is really aggravating in a nuisance, all because they messed up, that's why they do away with live people so that you could be frustrated and don't get a response and have to do and accept with whatever they give you. Because you have to keep dealing with
Terrible app. Every time I log in, it says I need to link my debit card to request an advance. So I do that and when I log back in even seconds later, its back to telling me to link my debit card. I have been doing this for days with no results. I tried all the troubleshooting. NOTHING WORKED.

Company changes goals for point and advances, nearly impossible to delete after you have an advance history. Keeps charging even after you've canceled. Total Scam.
This app was worthless. Been years and they are still charging me $3 a month. I cant get it to go away! Beware!
Cash advance is inconsistent, one time it's $300 then drops to $75 the next. There are several better ones. Consistency is key.

you have to earn points to get the advance and then pay back the money you earned. waste of time and frustrating. especially if the higher points is for "new accounts" and you already have an account so you'll just have to slowly accumulate points taking surveys you may or may not qualify for and games that you don't already play response to response: I live in Colorado. so. and I'm well aware what an advance is. just crazy I have to earn it and then pay back what I earn.
This App only allows you to borrow once, for at most $50, if you watch a ton of ads. The app has NO WAY TO PAY THEM BACK in order to close the account, forever sending you in a BS AI Chat bot support feedback loop when requesting help. I have screenshots of these constant bologna feedback answers. They dont want you to close your account and as long as you owe them money they aren't legally obligated to close the account at your request.
Very bad app,It want let me long in and I know my information is right and there's no way to get any kind of help. I wouldn't recommend them.I have a million times still no help.
SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! My first time using, I got a 5$ loan with no problem. My second time using it today, Klover sent me 5$, and then "washco nashville " immediately took 5 back. And now I still owe them the advance back. Support is Ai only and not real people so ig that should have been my first sign. Edit, response to Klover response: It's just interesting that this transaction happened within seconds of the advance and was the exact amount yall gave me. Nothing else sketchy has my bank.
I tried getting a advance before and it said I couldn't at the time. then I looked in my account and it showed it in my account. but I seen one advance and they say I owe for 2 they got the money back for the 1 that I seen deposited. 300. but now l can't get anymore loans for some reason. so I'll just stick with using Dave, Tilt, Earnin, Cleo, Grant, Brigit, Floatme, and my other bank account i have I can get 200. for however long for 32.00 Varo bank app. debit card. got Current app to now.
I've used this app for like a year never had a problem loaning or paying back but then they unlinked my bank and won't let me link it back. ive had the same bank account for 15+ years. like I said used for a year. I guess you don't wanna good customer that pays back on time!

I have sent multiple requests over multiple weeks trying to pay my balance due. Multiple emails sent to the support address and multiple chat messages. I have never had this much trouble trying to pay back a past due balance.
You guys were great and then you said there was suspicious activity on my account. I have nothing to do with suspicious activity, on ant level. Whe it rains it pours. Been trying to log into my account for months and Klovdr keeps saying they're working in it .I need a fast cash loan I always pay them back.

Been approved but never received the payment. I am trying again for the 4th time.
not very good, trouble finding out how to cancel, it's all about playing games
point system is hit or miss. you might get your points you might not. always the same response when trying to talk to customer service about an issue with not receiving points. "could take a week" "give it 24 hours" ect.
