Back yet again because it got even worse. My current issue? I can't add anything to my cart. Restarting the app shows the item in the wishlist, which then allows me to add it to my cart. Not that I can actually purchase anything. Absolutely hilarious, a shopping app that doesn't let you purchase, but no worries, here's a useless ai bot.

The app never works, it seems likes it is purposefully frustrating so that you go into the store. Also the product count for online click and collect is always wrong.

It used to be great but since upgrading it's Impossible to use. Can't browse products, difficult to add to cart. it's actually impossible to place an order with this app. Absolutely terrible. Uninstalled.
Errors, errors, errors. Used to use this app daily, but now it's utterly useless. Edited to add: Can't load a single product anymore! Keep getting the "No Response" pages.

Kmart what is going on this app is a joke it takes forever to do anything. I did a massive order yesterday that took me several hours since the app is so slow and when I went to pay my entire cart was emptied. A complete waste of my time and really frustrating. surely with today's tech advances and you being one of Australia's biggest retailers you can put the money and effort into the customer online experience
had to clear cache, clear data, uninstall and update and still having issues with this app. shows no stock even though there is... keeps going to a error page. you literally can't use this app. ridiculous. even contact us sends me to an error page. I've given up.

your app is actually starting to p!so me off. ive deleted caches uninstalled the app reinstalled and I still cant add items to my cart to make purchases and this has been going on for 2-3 months. whats the point of having an app that doesn't work properly no matter what you people do. Then going into your stores are just as bad with the stores having no stock even though your app says other wise and the store staff not helpful.
EDIT: im now taking it back to 1 star as the app is totally useless now. on top of not letting me check out it wont even add items to cart anymore. thats the point? the latest update and interface is horrible, nothing makes sense, its painful to find anything and soooo slow. haven't been able to check out online since the update either

Stop forcing marketplace items from other shops into my search
for the last month I have not been able to use the app I always get an error message whenever I search something and on the rare occasion the search loads up I can't add anything to my cart as someone with severe mental health and health issues going into the store is not that easy. I am so close to deleting this app. for the last 3 months it wouldn't let me sign in and now im finally in I only got to use it once before more issues
Absolute Rubbish! The app doesn't show any of my orders even though they're on the same account?! is SLOW, doesn't load my details, and you constantly have to turn off marketplace items because it doesn't save the preference (BigW does) Kmart just isn't worth it any longer now that you can't correct from a loading bay anyway and have to go in store. they have gone down hill SO far and this app just follows that path Haha um NO... not an old version. I downloaded it the day I wrote the review
Cannot look up anything on the app. Everything keeps coming up web page not available.
Extremely unreliable. constant crashing, on the odd ocasion it even works. items say instock, get to the cart and majority of my cart is out of stock (has happened multiple times). waste of time and effort even looking.
App is terrible. It's super slow. Just selecting shirts, click size wait for it to load, ad to cart, get to cart and cant be delivered. This all took over 5 minutes.
If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Too slow to load and I can't even login, keep getting access denied error.
never works! everytime I try & search or even just click into a product, it just says Web pages unavailable. such a shame!
app fails at the main reason to use it. apparently the app is now the only way to have someone else collect your order. but to do so, if you look under your orders there is no option. the option to have someone else collect is ONLY under "show barcode". also the apps "help" chatbot doesn't know how to this. it just tells you to write a signed note for your friend with their name on it. lunacy. tried the app again, it's even worse

The app is literally not functional anymore and has so many bugs. The search function throws errors and when you click on any item it throws errors also. Im only able to order using the Web page which is incredibly frustrating.
Terrible app! I ended up deleting it because it's so slow and glitchy. Please update it or redo it. absolutely terrible.

This app seems to get worse with each update. It's extremely buggy, slow, crashes, logs you out, and now you can't even add anything to your cart. Put this thing out of its misery and start again.
