People weren't kidding about this being a terrible app... For me it doesn't even work at all - it simply shows me the splash screen (with good morning / good afternoon) and that's it. The app never loads.
Reloads every time you swap back to it. Unable to copy gift cards into app. Little more then in phone browser that wants access to analytics and other tracking.

One star. Don't cut and paste a generic response requesting me to contact you via email to help trouble shoot your app. I'm not a charity for corporations.

I have tried 4 times to order my kids birthday presents but my cart keeps clearing itself. Really frustrating
This app over the last year has gotten progressively worse. It's way too complicated and overcrowded with junk. Go back to basics, get rid of Target & Marketplace all together, no one wanted these options for an app they thought was for Kmart! The videos DON'T need to be there, that's what social media is for. Catalogue, Lookbook & Kmart Inspired can be links on social media accounts. There are so many other things wrong with this app but I've run out of characters. edit: app is way more worse
please fix your app and your store layouts! I can't deal with the way your actual physical store is set out so I'm trying to shop online and each time I've tried putting things in my cart it keeps clearing it. Want my money? -Fix your stupidness!
can't access anything on the app
I just signed added password and cànt sign in keeps telling me wrong password to much head drama forget it
this does not work on android phones you enter log in details and nothing happens. Very poor app

Please test your latest app update on Android phones. The new version has lost the ability to show accurate stock quantities (ie, apparently everything is out of stock, then in-store they are fully stocked), every search either returns a 502 bad gateway message, or some android message. Even trying to access content through the menu are returning these errors. Also, I can no longer checkout via the app. The play store email was undeliverable when I sent this to you in email form. Please fix!
this app has gone downhill 😭 I can't even look at anything because it always comes up with a failure to load to code so disappointing 😕
Whoever kmart pays to make their app, I suggest they get their money back. Horrible new design, slow, broken links and cannot sign into one pass. What a cluttered mess!

When ordering online it won't allow me to press Click and collect, instead it automatically goes to the delivery page . It constantly has an "error, go back and fix it", but when you go back, it takes you back to the delivery page. Much quicker to go to the shop!

The worst app!! continually refreshes while trying to check out and after numerous times adding payment card info and numerous times verifying the purchase in my bank app, I still haven't made my purchase as it says error and try again.

i can no longer sign into kmart acct on app or website as "access denied from server". This has been ongoing for months and cache clearing doesnt help. A quick google indicates i'm not the only one with issues with this for kmart and target and its occurring on various servers. which is frustrating as a rural person ....I can however access as a guest ..... well i'm not gonna do that every time i order.

Takes 5 minutes to load!!!! Terrible app
This App has not been working properly since few months now. as soon as smy product is searched, it gets listed, but when you click in the product, the page crashes.
Barely usable. since a recent major upgrade which appears to be all about stripping the app itself of any functionality and simply loading the web pages instead, nothing works. every single click or search (or let's say about 90-95 percent) just end up with a header bar and a "webpage not available" page from the app's internal browser view (presence of the green droid) covering the bottom 80% of the page. I thought maybe a subsequent upgrade would fix this but no. it's absolutely useless.

Extremely slow and lists absolutely everything as out of stock. I uninstalled due to how miserable the experience was using this app. Not much help when everything is listed as out of stock. It was also very very laggy.
Why do I need to install an app to nominate someone to collect? Uninstalled right away, I don't want your garbage on my phone
log in doesn't work, and even after I log in, which fails, I go to view wishlists, asks me to log in again, then takes me to a website within the app, this is garbage, I should only have to log in once, it should all be within the app, but log in isn't working
I miss being able to online shop at kmart. But the app is so slow and glitchy now, it's just frustrating to even try. Hopefully you'll fix it soon.
25/03 Update: sent all the screenshots to their support team. Received a very gaslighting response that everything is working and I should just use an updated version. New updated app got too much added to it so it is just not working now, pages are not available and links are not working Edit: in response to the comment.from devs team went to use the link and send the screenshots, the link is not working either from the message!!! Dear developers, TEST YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE PUSHING THE UPDATE!!!
app has not been working since last update. go to browse products and it says Web pages not avaliable and http no response error. I used to shop via the app all the time!
Orders are regularly sent with ATL despite selecting "signature required". It was never an issue before and it is quite disappointing as there is nowhere safe to leave packages at my property. Has been occurring since around when the Target stuff got added to the app. Love Kmart but app is terrible & I need a no ATL option. Either that or accept Aus Post Lockers. Keep getting a reply to review saying to submit a form but I do that and nothing changes.
my cart keeps getting cleared but when I pay for one the old one comes back I had 4 cos I started all again so many times its frustrating
