Worst, slowest app ever!!!!
Too many market place sellers. Looks like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart now. People shop Kohls to get Kohls not marketplace sellers. No thanks, if I want marketplace sellers I'll just use Facebook marketplace.

is it REALLY necessary to make us update this app EVERY WEEK? We only have so much room.

App is hot garbage. Not only does it glitch and is super slow when you click buttons but the customer service trying to get a hold of someone through the app is garbage too it asks you to give the same thing multiple times before it says a error has occurred. Fix this garbage app!
went to store to make purchase of item to avoid shipping charge. clerks helped but could never get app to not charge shipping. on khols wifi .on kohls spp location set. Wasn't apply to make the purchase.
The app insists on accessing your location constantly, even after you've selected your preferred store manually. Denying location permissions results in a constantly spinning circle that makes the app nearly unusable. There is no excuse for this invasive behavior.
worthless
I really wish this app was better. Sorting is terrible. It allows you to choose things like free ship to store & free pickup in store, but after applying those as filters, there are so many items that come up that are not available for either of those. It truly wastes a lot of time clicking on items that say they are available for pickup at the Clinton store, but they actually are not. It also has items that are not available listed. That is a waste to click on, too. I could go on & on. Bummer.

The app is supposed to be able to tell you any prices but if an item is on clearance (which is usually the reason I'd need to check a price) all you'll get is "item not available". The in-store scanners never used to have that problem.
currently not working I've had it for years... today it won't open... then won't let me sign in.
Do not use the app! The coupons do not apply! If you go online and do it that way it works, but the coupons will not be applied in the app!

The app never works. When I click to open it, it freezes and never opens. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling, etc. Seems incompatible with the latest version of Android.
App will no longer even load on my samsung phone with play store app. If used through google the new interface is poorly organized and missing features I used. This update is a major fail and unfortunately I will have to find other retailers to buy my products. I am/was a MVC customer also.
invasive app. location permissions are required to filter items (filters that have nothing to do with location, also I have already selected a local store in the app anyways so there is no reason they need my location settings).
fails to have a search option when going through purchases to narrow down and avoid having to search 1 by 1 like other store apps. The total purchase amount does not reflect the True total after coupons and promos. The charges are not broken down in the receipt to view Like other store apps. Takes forever for order to be updated vs competition, it will be in "Fulfillment" for several days.
this is the worst in store app it doesn't load even with full 5g service their wifi slower than my phone service and it signs out every time I shop in store and it doesn't scan all the items in store even though they took away all the in store price checkers
