sucks, can’t get through the application no matter how many times or email acct's I use. totally useless.

Expérience terrible, leurs processus d'identification n'est aucunement au point. A un point tel, que j'ai été mis en communication par chat avec un agent et j'ai attendu 1h30 sans jamais recevoir de réponse, quand je demandais seulement de pouvoir refaire le processus qui n'avait pas fonctionné même si mes photos étaient parfaites: bien cadré et clair avec le bon nom et les bonnes informations. Améliorer votre crédit, oui mais pas avec Koho! 👎👎👎
very poor!!! almost a week AFTER payday and I still never received my paycheck! I call KOHO and one day they tell me "you will have it by midnight, it takes 2 business days" then I still never received it. I call again and now they say it takes up to 5 business days. I thought this was an amazing bank but it's really not! zero help on the phone.
I have tried for years to try and sign up with these guys and I get a welcome loop which I can't log in I can't reset my password. if I could give zero stars I would
started out as a good arrangement, then I was asked to link my bank account, to prove income. they asked my credit union number and my passcode. I called them out on it, stating I am under contract with my bank not to divulge said information, just as I am with koho cards and info. since then I have been stone walled. blocked out I believe this is a very elaborate scam to collect canadians private information to be taken advantage of at a later date use at your own risk
please choose any other bank, Koho wont help you when u have a problem with their system. only robots as "support"
KOHO option Gratuit n'existe plus. Il chargent des frais de surveillance de crédit et de batiment du crédit sans notre authorisation... A part si tu es prèt payer pour refaire ton crédit. Je ne le recommande a personne. KOHO volais mes transfert, m'arnaquais et ne voulais pas que je ferme mon compte... Sa à été compliqué mais je me suis débarasser de KOHO et j'ai finalement réussi à fermer mon compte moi même. Ce n'est pas le service a la clientèle qui vous aideras a fermer le compte...
love this service but hate when they do false advertisement and they do alot of false advertisement they have 1 going on says win free groceries for a year nowhere it says it cost money just says free and free entry but after u click free entry it ask for money other then that love it would give 5 stars if they didn't already owe me 80$ for referrals that I been waiting over a year for and still nothing also there free credit checks is false you do need to pay to acces free credit checks
nothing but issues with KOHO. + can't speak to an actual human in a reasonable time ..if at all. Extremely disappointed with this app
please be careful with this app, especially if registered for credit building. I deposited 50$/to be ldft with nothing and they still haven't refunded me a thing. it was also no manual transactions, they stole my money automatically. I want every dollards ingested by whats supose to be a service ghat values offering free banking it isnt this.
customer support is the worst I've ever experienced
I put down the password 5 time an it still doesn't work. Delete it
this app crashes too much and it keeps showing "something went wrong" and the chat services were very unhelpful and couldn't help what was causing the issues.
Support is incompetent
Terrible App, still cannot download PDF of monthly statements. Been asking for this issue to be resolved for over 2 years. Customer support is also very slow and unable to understand the simplest explanations of issues within the app itself. Definitely would not recommend.
Worst Customer Service out there !!! I had a merchant mess up and charged my card 3600.00 and I didn't even have cover for this amount and it processed and now my card is minus 3600.00 !!!!!!! I went with koho because I don't like regular credit cards and I signed up for 200 cover and they can't even explain to me why it went though !!! Now I have to deal with this merchant and go to the courts ! The card should have declined l So much for credit building

I dont recomend. Lack of human assistance make scamers steal the money and complaint with zero solutions from Koho.

koho is good for building up credit but you can't reach anyone to fix problems like every mth they took my subscription fee twice it's only suppose to take $20 a MTH but so far every mth they take $40 pass four mths they took extra $80 from me I can't reach anyone to fix this it only deserves half of a star
If you value customer service, do not download this app.There is none. The automated messaging system. They send you to after you phone. The phone number that's listed. Has a response time from 2 minutes, all the way to 40 minutes after 40 minutes, the conversation just shut down had to re. Enter it again.I would not recommend this app. I did the credit building. Put my own $225.00 in and when I did that, credit after -49pts TRUST THERE'S BETTER BANKING APPS THIS IS 🗑
Scam!!! Money disappears without a trace! Auto renewal doesn't work for credit building! Google it. Most of the positive reviews are fake. It only takes a minute to scroll through and you will see that the majority of people have given this app one to three stars.
why should I? I have already tried but I still have not received an answer back. so I don't know why you want me to email you because it's not my fault that I lost my account. you guys threw my account away and no one thought to email me asking me. it's been awhile since that you open up your account. is there a problem? why didn't you guys do that and sending me send instead of sending me an email saying that my account's been closed? answer that stupid question
I would give it less but I cannot. I refuse to use my Face to verify an account when I do not trust the Facial Scanning. I placed $300 into the app and now it will NOT allow me to put it back in my Bank Account without doxxing. It allowed me to make 3 purchases before it Stopped Working and Demanded I do the Facial Recognition. Absolutely abysmal. Give me my money back.

Koho is NOT RELIABLE 😬! I never got any ofy refunds back nor hotel deposits. Only excuses from lying bots! Hard to get shopping refunds 🤯 & they log you out of account @ random! Koho app is ran by bots asking unrelated questions. No other bank has etransfer loading issues. Koho doesn't know how to run a banking business! Canada post office card is better. deserves .5 defiantly not worth one full ⭐
it's a scam don't waste your time, they require far too much personal information and they want you to give them money when you are the one that needs money.
they gladly steal your money and refuse to give it back or even acknowledge that money is missing.
Most things are okay. tried to open a joint account with my spouse. entered his name and email address but the send button did not work. so now I will look into another bank for a joint account
they charge hidden fees

I have been using this app for over a year now. I just tried logging into my account and my login page for my thumbprint is gone and it just gives me login or signup. I tried to login in and it takes me to the finish registering then says something went wrong. Please fix this.
If your going to make me use a 2 step verification, the least you could do is give me the 6 digit code right away, like no waiting I have tried this method a few times and cant get in to my account because you dont send codes at all. Take me off the 2sv ASAP, I dont want it, you have prevented me from getting into my account.
