I was starting to feel positive about the new company and the changes but this has killed all feelings of goodwill towards them. it's just fckng annoying now... Edit: deleting and reinstalling seems to be Supports answer to everything. Seriously? how often should we do that???

After a single week of use, my supposedly "free for life " region is now forcing me to use a paywall to navigate within that region. Either there's a serious technical error or they're liars.
wäre coole app, aber die navigation ist grauenhaft, ich wurde auf meiner 20km tour ca 5 mal in eine kleine sackgasse geschickt, kurz nach dem abbiegen heisst es dann bitte wenden! sorry aber das ost einfach nicht seriös, vorallem wirds mit einem abo auch nicht besser!! darum als inspiration für neue routen super aber mehr dann auch nicht! es hat nichts mit der genauheit zu tun, jede andere map macht nicht solche faxen, vermutlich liegt es am Ai vibecode, merkt man direkt
Used to be great, but since it's been bought by investors and many of its devs were let go, it's become predictably worse. It now spams upselling attempts (annoying, but ignorable), and the Bluetooth connection with Samsung watches is borked. The BT connection feature was useful to allow a wristwatch to give turn-by-turn navigation, saving phone battery and leaving hands free. The devices no longer connect. Enshittification has claimed another victim.

keeps telling me my watch is not connected
what a useless app this is...if you want to make sure you get lost...get this app. cannot believe in this day and age the route distance is wrong, take you through private properties, close route...just get a Garmin. had Premium fir like 3 weeks...cancel it on the spot. and even this I dont even know if Komoot got right

Do not recommend. hard to navigate, not usefull in the free version. At the end they will make the account deleting process difficult. When you click delete accout icon, you will be send to an endless crusade of authentification by facebook, email, telephone at the end of this I got an error message. Was finally able to delete on my pc.
Most probably deleting it after reaching 6 on leaderboard. Maps is not working at all , App keeps crashing . Since the update nothing feels same On my Oneplus nord 4 , maps are not even loading . just a white screen everytime Disgrace
who the [bleep] decides that 4.99 a WEEK is a normal price for a few premium features? I wouldn't mind paying for a Premium Light version to maintain collections and eg a Europe map (as that's my region), but this is just cow poo.
after huge update impossible to normally using. every piece of the app is jumping, sliding and poping. sometimes I think it even react on the close breathing on it.
It was a great app to travel. now it is requesting to subscribe for everything, including maps or share with other platforms.
loved this app for 4 years used to help family go on trails over 600 now cant use at all since update tryed everything gutted try deleting the app and reinstalling .map shows.but no red.arrow.showing direction no advice when off.course have to look at map to see the thin line making sure it follows map
Nags about premium on every single startup, even if you have purchased regions
Why isn't there a warning while planning a route, and you accidentally navigate away from the route planner, that you're about to lose all changes?? Also still rubbish at upgrading routes mid activity in garmin. Bring back the old team and tell the VC company to jump.
Alles is betaalde feature. App taal kan niet aangepast worden. Navigatie is niet te vertrouwen
£5 per week is a truly ridiculous price. Must give 1 star just for that.
the app stopped working. The routes just don't appear in the other apps like Wahoo. I purchased the map, but still the same. And if I want to download the route offline to manually sync they ask me to pay even more for premium...
I subscribed to check what abilities I will have, and found the Strava app more interesting for me imho, I requested a refund, but Google Play policies don't support this refund.. Please, help me return my money :(
Since recent update my phone battery only lasts for one hour on reduced screen brightness, 5 hours before. There was a message thanking me for taking part in testing something but I don't want to test anymore. I like the App and would happily pay €10 a year for it, I don't need every fancy function.
I'm not sure what the product manager's issue is with the "back" button/gesture in Android, but the developers have gone to GREAT LENGTHS to intercept and ignore it here. I have never been so frustrated with an app within the first two minutes of using it. It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use while sitting in my living room, let alone trying to use it safely while out riding.
Annoying, overbearing and too busy. A very annoying app
unwanted updates with no ability to revert. I have my preferred version installed with updates turned off and that worked very well yet they still managed to change it. they claim it was a test of new features that can be switched off but this was not possible on my case the button was greyed out and i was only able to access the setting once( they make it awkward) please don't waste your money on full map like I did, also it uses up a whole charge on the phone in less than 2 hours, useless.

Annoying in-your-face ads even if you are a paid subscriber; Confusing UI; Filters are too basic, e.g. impossible to select routes starting from bus stops AND train stops. Updated to 1 star: with each new UI update they push the new limits of ugliness and impracticality

Good for finding routes but crashed every time I opened it on Android phone.
This app used to be good but is now pretty much unusable. Search results put things 1000km away at the top of the results despite having my exact GPS location and they now heavily push a $10 a week premium subscription with multiple full screen popups.
Kinda does its job, however it depends on location and relies on people for decent content. However, the company itself seems parasitic and does not respect the "I don't want your damn emails" option. I exclusively marked that I don't want to receive emails, yet they still bombard you with spam junk from day1. What is worse, instead of having 1-click unsubscribe button, they deliberately make your life harder, as you have to manually unselect like 100+ notifications one by one.
