3/23/2026 I am extremely displeased with this company. They are still taking money out of my bank account when I canceled the app 3 months ago. I canceled my subscription January 21 when my subscription expired. On January 23 the company debited the $38.95 fee from my account for 3 months I am owed a refund of $116. 35. I am getting the run around from this company. Unfortunately, my next step is through legal means.

Why are you stealing from me, I've stopped using your app since last year. You debited from my account few months ago, I complained about it and requested for a refund which I didn't receive, now you've debited from my account again today. Please refund my money.
This is a scam. They give you a trial charge of $6.95 for one month, but they charged me the full price of $38.00 in the second week. It's really hard to reach them via email for a refund; they never contact me. Beware: They want your money with no refund, not an honest company!

The app frequently hangs. On one occasion, it malfunctioned on its own, deleted my entire history, and restarted as if it were Day 1. Not recommended.

I thought this app provides you with a proper diet plan with proper instructions when to take and all but this app is just a tracker. thats it. there are plenty of free trackers but this one charges you for tracking your meal.
