Only the Korean language setting works. Other options come up blank or shows no tickets available. You cant get tickets using any other language setting. Even if you manage to navigate and reserve tickets there is no option to pay without a Korean bank access. I live in Korea and there wasnt even an option to directly pay for my reservation with a Korean credit card without navigating off the site. It used to be better in the past and easy. Now its just a useless garbage app.

Awful. Korea needs to fix its train booking system. It is like going back in time 30 years. Embarrassing for such a technologically advanced nation.
Never works from the U.S. If they blocked any international access for security reasons, that would have been one of the stupidest decisions.

Cannot use overseas card to reserve tickets. After I enter digits from sms, I see only white screen. Tried many times, the result is same
I can't make the payment, everytime I try to pay after I verify, it always go to the blank page. I have to make reservation on the website instead but it can not select the seat
I've tried 3 times to pay for a seat with entering all my card details but it keeps showing me the blank page. I thought it was just taking time, but it didn't work even though i waited for 10 min. If i tap the screen, it keeps going back to the first page of the payment. At first, when i failed to make it, i saw the seat was already TAKEN, so I thought maybe someone chose a seat at the same time as me but 3 times in a row? Seriously? I'm gonna be crazy if I find you charge me 3 times.
Card payment won't get through. Just a bank screen.
Its miserable. Its always been bad but somehow it was updated and got worse. Its an app that functions like a web page in the mid 2000s; why am scrolling left and right to see the page, while inside an app??? Using a foreign card is completely broken. If you dont have a Korean card, good luck, you'll be buying a ticket at the station for standing room only.
The english version was great until the recent update. When reserving a ticket, you can get through until paying, when you hit next on the last page it goes to a blank white screen ... Which causes the reservation to fail! Until this is fixed the english version of the app does not work!
Each update makes the app worse. Overseas payment no longer works. The English setting hides trains otherwise available when using the Korean setting. Korail only has limited trains available to foreigners when using the app. Now there are multiple popups every time the app opens. Why do I need to select permissions to access photos??? Recent update made it so a message blocks the platform, train,seat number. Also, the platform is wrong in the app compared to where the train was
No English support, and no screenshots allowed. A terrible and careless monopoly by Korail.
Impot error(name)EN New problem with this app. Can't get anything to work properly. Congrats on the new UI, but NOTHING works properly anymore. It's super frustrating when you have a trip to plan across the country. App is completely garbage now
Updated the app and it does not work. There is no place to put my name which then I can not purchase a ticket because it says there is an error. Would love for this to be corrected. I will change my stars if this can be fixed. As of now, it is useless.

Please do something! Can't make booking at all! After seat selection, filled in email and password, but kept prompting error message asking me to fill in name! But there was no field for me to put my name!
The English language seems to have gone away, but no train from Seoul to Dorasan, the last station before North Korea, on any day?
It has a lot of design issues and one main functional issue. You cannot reserve a train through the app with a foreign credit card. It gets stuck on a window pane that shows up on the actual website. I believe its likely due to a resolution mismatch. Anyways, they need to fix this.
New english update is terrible. Can't purchase tickets because it's just a white screen.

I like taking the train in Korea. I hope, however, that a major update of the English version is coming soon. It is so frustrating to have to go very often to the counter or ask Korean people to book for me when paying with an overseas card.

Literally nothing, but "My tickets" is available. I see nothing else. No language setup. No purchase menu. No account menu. No nothing. Even after reinstall. Even checked on multiple devices. What is this app??!!

Ver hard to use. Back button from timetable never worked. Have to press several times as it isn't work and after few minutes it goes to main screen to begin to search again. Unable to check the fare as it gives me permission error.
