Get random error "communication was not successful", makes me put in the same information 3 times, despite being on a reliable connection. Tries to communicate aggressively with known tracking and data mining servers, and refuses to work on a network with restrictions connecting to said servers, despite being not reliant on them for core functionality. Bad app that is required for travel, will uninstall ASAP.

The app failed to identify the trip I booked
Adding: They now charge a re-booking fee for booking the German onward train service Rail & Fly, making than getting tickets yourself online./ In-flight duty free does not take Mastercard/ No longer worth high price really, seats are uncomfortable, no hot towel anymore, snacks not nice, stewardesses cannot speak basic English and are curt/ Mileage accrual discriminates against women who cannot travel due to pregnancy, birth, childcare but award men a grace period for military service.
They suck 100% I had to book a new flight just because customer service didn't update my flight separated from my family

My login credentials recognized by the Korean Air website are not recognized by the app.
Bought a ticket and price dropped $150 in a couple days. Price was artificially going up prior. I fly for business intestinal quite often. Price drops are normal but called customer service and they wouldn't even compensate me anything, not even an early aisle seat selection. Never flying with them again. You aren't even a budget airline, which I get if they don't compensate anything. Heck even Air Canada gave me some form of upgrade when prices change. Gonna stick with Delta.
not only is it slow but this app will not show important information clearer when it is needed. do not use the app. use the emails provided instead.

Poor experience for me
Korean air called me from their international number, didn't make it known, and then proceeded not to let me know that the number I called back was their international number so they can charge me. Scammed me out of a month and a half worth of my monthly phone bill. Now they refuse to give a refund. Blamed me saying "you should just know it's an international number." I've barely lived here in korea, I don't know all the different numbers here. Don't trust this company with anything.
Never have I been to Korea never thought about even going so this app being put on my phone without my consent makes me 1 star you. I don't fly I have no intention of flying
My bank card was charged but the app said there is error so there is no ticket. The live agent was not helpful, asking me to pay again. The bank said the money is already transfer to korean air.
Useless. Can't even enter a PNR to pull up a reservation. The field just keeps resetting before I finish typing.
The worst airline app I've ever used. Trying to check the seat map? Impossible. Trying to check in? Will ask you to log in multiple times and fail. Want to change seats? Impossible. Want to upgrade? Impossible. Would give -1000 stars if I could.
This app is terrible, it has yet to recognize any of my flight information or pre boarding ability
We missed our flight because no one from korean air even bother to find their passengers that is missing in their flight we stayed here at hongkong international airport for a day sitting and sleeping in their most uncomfortable chairs here in hongkong. We arrive at hongkong airport at 11.30pm and their last check in baggage will be 11.55 if there is one personel from korean air that assist us maybe we catch our flight.

Terrible! Trying to put a reservation into the app. When I input my name, it keeps telling me just letters, no numbers or special characters. My name only has letters in it. It won't let me input the reservation because of that.
very dishonest app, refuses to allow me to claim miles when I sat the plane, scamming app, the app developer is sleeping on the job
App not very helpful (no gate info, etc...), food on flight was mediocre, check-in & flight experience even worse, bottom of the barrel. Uninstalling, waste of space on my phone. There will be no next time.

App is confusing, not user friendly at all. I tried to do simple things like change seat assignments. The app allows me to go all the way through the process, entering all the information, then when it's expected that the result will be achieved at the very end it produces a result that says my session has been reset and I am back to the beginning. Except that it has deleted the previously assigned seats. If something can't be done it should tell you up front, not after everything has been done
All dates are sold out for economy seat. All sold out include next year end. Try to booking via website there still have too much seat
What's the point of having your flight tickets and boarding passes in the app if the app doesn't open without Internet connection?!

Very disappointed. I took KAL to Jeju a few years back and it was wonderful with at least a cup of coffee for the hour long flight. Now all the stewardess does is check seat belt and a waste of resources. Also, I paid more for KAL as I thought we will not have to transfer by buses but that was not to be. So many flights and it was a mess at gimpo if you are not a frequent flyer. Expect better service from KAL.
