** UPDATE **: After they have solved the issue regarding the virtual debit card, a New Problem has occurred. Suddenly, now my registered number which was already linked to kotak bank UPI is now showing UNLINKED! If I am trying to link it now again, it is throwing error "Something went wrong, please try later". Worst Thing: it is impossible to reach Kotak Customer Care Executive Virtual Debit Card not visible in app after Full KYC. No way to directly talk to a customer support executive.

It doesn’t even open and shows the error ‘Request Expired.’ When I uninstall and reinstall it, it starts working again, but ₹100 gets deducted from my account. There is no option on the customer care number to talk to an officer.”
App opening time is too high even in good network conditions. Add UPI Lite feature. The app feels slow while using the Bill Payments section. Many improvements are needed in the app.

How stupid this is. When I go to the loans section, the app tells me to download another Kotak app, and after downloading that app, that downloaded app tells me to download another app (which I am using to check loans), and the real stupidest part is that after downloading both app, I cannot even check the loans section in any of the apps. Please delete the new apps, they should not exist or fire the person who made these new apps. The old app was somewhat better.
