the app is horrible. I've had so many problems. you generate songs and then they come out three or four seconds long and count as credits. it does not listen to the prompts well. I used it for a bit and now I just stocked up and I'm trying to use version 2 and it is telling me that I need to subscribe when I am subscribed. and you contact customer service and they never get back. also, songs come out warbly and wobbly and going to total chaos

I'm trying to log into the app but it's not letting me. who else is experiencing this.
I went to the App today and all my music is gone. nothing is working. try to contact support and nothing is working. Please fix and bring back my music I already generated especially now with the points system you guys have started. I will update my rating once it's fixed.
NOW THEY HAVE DELETED ALL OF MUSIC THAT I'VE MADE WITH THE APP LAST YEAR WITHOUT ANY WARNING..... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GUYS.....

If u had a better model, personas & had a unlimited option (we'd be willing to pay more) u could win over suno customers bc everyone wants unlimited!
al robotic men and womens voices that sound alike at the beginning of the song. not natural and original enough to be different from other songs created on here.

My experience is horrible. I had issues with my subscription after I changed a mobile phone. I lost my VIP subscription and all my credits and all the songs . They said the problem was solved but it wasn't. Their customer service is almost not existing. I definitely discourage people from using it coz if something goes wrong it can be very stressful and it s not worth the money you pay. You can better choose a more responsive and responsible provider coz KP sucks big time.
