Beware of KPN. They advertise misleading offers and provide very poor customer support. careful about the milk subscription scam. Shows INR 99 for one month. actually you have to visit shop and buy a minimum 99 rupees valued items to redeem. if milk costs more than 24 you have to pay difference.
Very disappointing experience. I purchased 1.048 kg of Poha with a sticker price of ₹52.40, but I was charged ₹57.64 at the billing counter. @laggere Mart is misleading and unfair to customers. I have already reported this issue to your official email ID with all the details, but I have received no response. Poor customer service and no accountability for billing errors. Please improve pricing accuracy, billing transparency, and customer support. I hope the management takes this issue seriously
If I could give 0 star, I would. First visit at Banjara Layout store and worst experience. I accidentally selected brown eggs while on a call and immediately apologized, requesting a bill cancellation. Instead of helping, the billing staff became rude and one even kicked a shopping basket in frustration. Looks like their billing system is so poor that staff take it out on customers. Checked reviews later on google - this seems to be a recurring issue. Never visiting again.

most delivery locations became unserviceable in Bangalore where earlier we used to get it delivered.
fate we order in this app. never timely delivery happens. products are not at all stocked even after we call them for months , except shock bearing call centre no access to entire top team. zero response or rectification of complaints. today my delivery assured in 26m even after 3 hrs no delivery I checked app tells already delivered, they have just closed the order status as delivered after many calls refund will come after a week which is not my fault. reason incorrect ordering on myside.

i had a good experience before in the starting when I downloaded the app. but not I am experiencing poor service...that's the reason I have given one star even after calling customer support and sending them mail for refund they don't do it and then so many products are missing. such an awful experience.such a pathetic experience I had this time. it's not 1 ruppee 2 ruppee literally the product worth 80 ruppees is missing.

This app used to be very useful, and I was a regular customer until last March. After returning from vacation, I tried to place an order, but the app now shows my area as unserviceable. This is very disappointing, especially since the service was previously available in my location. I hope KPN Fresh restores service to my area soon.

Please don't buy things from this app, they are clearly cheating people. for my last order I am suppose to receive 6 apples as per there description but received only 5 apples and did not get refund for the same and for order abine 249 rs they are supposed to give free onions that is also missing. when called customer support they are harrassing like send email though I have followed there process to report the issue . Very much disappointed with KPN.
please don't buy anything in this app. it's totally scam .

my experience with KPN is horrible. they do not keep their promises, they have issues in deliverables like short supply etc. they are advertising that they give complementary items when the purchase exceeds a certain amount, but they don't deliver. when inquired with their customer support executive on the shortcomings, they are letargic in responding. No more online purchase with KPN. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Delivery time shown on the app is meaningless. App shows 30mins or less but they take more than an hour to assign the delivery partner and delivery.

sending expired and soiled items again and again. not recommended at all for fresh items. it's not at all fresh. after using for more than a year, today I uninstalled it.
No respect for workers, no extra payment if they work on holiday, no OT amount if they work for more than shift time, they give more work and less salary totally worst management (Bengaluru all stores)

Worst app experience. I tried to log in and received the OTP, but the app kept showing "Invalid OTP." I contacted customer support by phone, and they advised me to send an email regarding the issue. I sent the email as instructed, but I have not received any response or support. This has been very frustrating, and I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Worst app. cancelled all important item after ordered and payment completed. Refund low amount only. Cheating app

@KPNFresh I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. The chicken delivered had a very bad smell and appears spoiled/unfit for consumption. This is a serious food safety concern

Not serviceable in 560068. That too I knew after installing and logged in. Better add a list of serviceable area pincodes in your about section. So users do not waste time and energy like me!
