You are not giving the salary correctly to the most of the employees in Malur store we are getting some problem in the case of not getting salary
Decent app, good service. edit 1: customer service rejects genuine requests for damaged and less quantity received orders, also for a order cancellation issue because kpn couldn't deliver it, the full refund was not received. edit 2 : support wasn't useful, sent an detailed email with proof and response was they can't do anything. Be careful with this app, no guarantee on getting refund of amount paid in case problem arises.

ordered raw rice and received boiled rice. no exchange option available in app. only refund was there. did not receive the entire amount of the product since I had used a discount on the total bill. they said I can reorder but now I have to pay the entire product value. I received a reply from customer support that I can go to the store and return the wrong product after receiving the refund. why would I even order online if I could go to the store?? strongly advise not to use the online service

pathetic app, either the store is closed or the delivery doesn't happen even after 1 hour of placing the order. when you contact the customer care they give regular stuff, sorry we will highlight your delivery and yet after 2 hours also no delivery. if you have all the time in the world to wait then please use this app else it's not the app you want
It doesn't show the current location for my address and the app doesn't allow me to manually input the address and location. The moment I open the app it takes to fix my address based on current location and the address is totally different from my home address 30th April 2026 I made a mistake of ordering vegetables online today a few items for ₹340+ seeing a delivery time of 40mins. It's more than 90 mins and they're unable to find a delivery agent. Contact number generally unavailable.
The most pathetic service seen in OMR Chennai. Every time I order I need to follow up with the customer care and get it delivered. I don't see this app as a convenience at all. On app dashboard delivery time says 23 mins but it takes minimum 1-2 hours to get delivered. Oh and this is not 1 or 2 time thing. It happens every single time. Response from customer support is "we will upade this to our backend team" but it's of no use.

Very bad in delivery....no proper response when contacted customer service...Today I ordered vegetables around 11.15am..my order was not delivered until 1.15pm...when contacted customer service they were not helpful..so had to cancel the order...not a reliable app for delivery.....will nit suggest this app to anyone.
The app doesn't allow nearby home delivery fine. But for old people and sick people what to do. And also previously when delivery was received, the vegetables delivered is not at all fresh.

I have ordered items for breakfast need at 9:59 am. Delivery time was showing 30 mins which was fine. I haven't received the order till now (11:30am) where my breakfast time is also almost over and the payment was also made online bcz there was no COD option, I had to order again from Zepto and later I got my order post 11:30 where the items became of no use. really unprofessional in delivery time of 90 mins where these quick commerce websites are giving delivery in 10mins. my order id- 21081

why need the app when you can't deliver? The area is not serviceable for you which shows your incapable approach. Uninstalling it right away
KPN has stopped doing deliveries. This app is basically useless.
worst delivery
Frauds and thieves are in the organization. Items will be missing in the tightly taped-closed flimsy plastic bag. Obviously happening at the packing end. But you will have to prove that it was missing. How do you prove that something is missing? Since you can't prove it, your refund request will be rejected. You lose money. Regularly. Edit: They also adv banners on the app declaring free gifts for a certain value of order but after ordering PREPAID, NO gift. Excuse: no stock at time of delivery.
I placed an order on 18th April 2026 and have been reaching out to all channels (App, email, calling customer service) that my products worth Rs.369 were never delivered (Order # 23838294). there is not a single person who could check for the CCTV footage to get my missing items delivered. I have paid for goods which are NOT DELIVERED and customer support is neglecting their duty. "we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund for this order" as they couldn't validate.

this app is not working. it's logging out whenever I'm trying to place an order. they are charging 15 as platform fee, more than zomato, and instead of investing on tech these people are asking customers to send screenshots and screen recordings. no way, do your homework.
