I still receive notifications of getting hearts but when I click them the app loads for a couple of minutes then directs me to a login page instead of my profile. This went on for a day so I tried clearing cache and then data. Then I uninstall it and reinstall. It worked after a few minutes but when I click the notification next time, it's the same problem again To answer to your response: How can I do that when I can't sign in?? 😅🤦♀️ All I see is the log in page
After the latest update, I've been experiencing issues accessing my account. Whenever I open the app, it just keeps loading even if all my other apps are working just fine. It also shows that I don't have my idol, I don't have any friends, and I'm in level 0 even if I'm level 29 already and 200+ friends. When it first happened, it asked me to sign in but didn’t recognize my account. I waited 4 hrs then it went back to normal. Now I can't access my account again and can't vote/send hearts!

i left a review, and the developer told me to make an inquiry. i made several ones, and i gave all the details on the last one. i made.the laat one 2 days ago. no answer so far (plus, i have one more unanswered besides the last one). so don't tell me to make an inquiry, when you didn't even answer the existing one. so actually no help from your team. after the last update the app.is a mess. i will leave the app after my idol's cf, bcs you clearly care only about people with money.
ads don't work for me after the big update. I've sent inquiries but no answer. I can't watch ads in idol, but I can in celeb, so obviously there is nothing wrong with my device, still they refuse to aknowledge the problem. I will leave this app after the cf for my idol. Almost 6 years with them and this is how they treat us. Dissapointing.

I'll rate this 1 star. Bakit nmn kasi nag loloading yung ads?! Natatalo na yung Oemssi namin dahil sa loading ads nayan😡 Ayusin nyo yan ah. Sinasabi ko sa inyo.

The app is not opening
ngga tau kenapa, udh beberapa kali uninstall trus install lagi tapi tetep aplikasinya lemot/buffering parah. pdhl buka aplikasi lain lancar² aja ngga kendala apapun. cuma di aplikasi ini doang loadingnya lamaaa bangettt :( dari sore sampe malem ngga bisa masuk aplikasi udh 3x uninstall dan install lagi tapi tetep gabisa masuk aplikasinya. paraaaahh banget!!
I can't log in into my account!!!
Great app, easy to use. But I cannot log in using my email. I have tried clear data and uninstall multiple times still cant log in
The new update sucks. It's become slow and loading took longer than before. I can't do 1 minute last drop anymore and this week since again the loading took forever I was not able to drop my votes. Fix this ASAP it's wasting my votes 😒
