app not working
Ok so I have had this app since 2020. I used sometimes because it had a crypto that was not on other crypto exchanges in US. I have seen for a long time ago that when you put a market order they usually try to work it in their favor and can slip the price higher when you buy and lower when you sell. This slippage was ok to afford. But today they slipped the Price on ETH with 50$ higher. This looks like a SCAM already not a broker. I have contacted customer support and a guy was helpful at all.
My account was closed by Kraken: Not me. Now I can't contact a Kraken support/ representative to get the account reopened ! I was able to contact them by phone in the past, but that's not available anymore !!!

Kraken sucks, the price can hit, but it doesn't execute your buy/sell order. Coinbase is way,way,way better. If you want to make money don't use Kraken .And you can't set orders on stocks. KRAKEN SUCKS BIGTIME. GO TO COINBASE FOR CRYPTO & FIDELITY FOR STOCKS. Kraken doesn't catch the wicks sadly. Coinbase catches all the wicks. And that's a big difference to capitalize on fluctuating prices.

i use this app twice a year. each time i open it it forces me to update to newer version, then i have to follow through the device registration every time search for the auth app, then send mail to approve. mail is not sent. i try the option to resend it, still no mail received. checked my other mail as well to be sure i do not make a mistake. once my fingerprint is enrolled, it should be not asking for device registration after every update! i am locked out.
they closed my account for no reason and i spend 4 days tryng to make a withdrawal, they put it in pending and the support it doesn't help.
was my favorite exchange but the problem is, recently the app is working sooooo slow, I need to keep trying several times to buy, I lose opportunities and I pay the membership so, I'm starting to consider to swap to other platform, it's constantly in "we working to get things back online" I'm so tired of that. honestly.
Stay away. On two seperate occasions my BTC was held and I had to go through a bunch of emails with support to access my own BTC that was deposited into the wallet from an employer. BTC that was on hold for 6 months is now gone, and I don't see it in my wallet. Kraken legit held and stole my own BTC stay away from them. Awful company and awful support. I've had nothing but bad, frustrating experiences with them. The replies here from the company say to contact support. I have. No responses.
I sent money in the app through sparkasse bank, and I converted it into Bitcoin, it's been over 72 hours, I still can't send the Bitcoin, what is going on,is this a type of scam..? I need help
you don't deserve even the 1 star i gave you.This is the most retarded and slow verification everrr!!! It said up to 24 hours but i waited like 4 days and it have and error and i needed to start again
I give this app zero Stars it's the worst app in the world customer service is useless you can't withdrawal or send anything under $20 and why they even let you buy under $20 worth of bitcoin or cryptocurrency in the first place which is the only reason I even got this app which was a huge mistake because they put your money on hold for like 72 hours which is ridiculous especially for 20 bucks yeah I don't suggest it whatsoever I should have stuck with coinbase
kraken is the biggest scam I've ever ever experienced signed up to get you to sign up for kraken pro which is ridiculously expensive and then I deposit money only to find out afterwards not before but after that they hold your money for 7 days and there's nothing you can do about it you can't get it out. I specifically talk to kraken support prior to depositing my money and ask them about their deposit and withdrawal terms and how long it would take and they lied to me and now I'm screwed
This is becoming a centralized online bank doing things to keep control and slowly drain your funds on the platform.this is the same strategies banks use. be warned!

stay away!!! its full of bugs and latency. this app has cost me 500$ in trades that either hung on the screen or it simply would not accept inputs... have stopped trading through this app I am tired of losing money.. oh and the 2500 is based on a spin like in TEMU you click off rewards .25 at a time.
I joined Kraken, then paid to be a Kraken+ member, only to shortly thereafter have restrictions placed on my account rendering the account useless, yet I'm charged for service. I tried to cancel from the app, but get some nonsense message stating I have to cancel through some other provider but the provider isn't listed. I will be seeking to start or join a class action lawsuit to put this predatory practice to an end.

the app is fine. but if you have a problem expect them to take days to address it. I would recommend shopping the competition
was using the app to transfer cash to crypto for investing, and they have since frozen my account with little to no explication. thankfully I was able to get the majority of my funds clear before they locked everything down.

Reliability is F. Access to fun rewards, staking, trading, nice niche tools and resources etc... A+. Device; Zfold 6.
