Beware this app they once you put your money on your account they put withdraw restrictions so you can't get it back.They are literally holding my money hostage!It's been 2 months and still won't lift restrictions.
kraken has no contact phone number kraken isn't a user friendly app. do not use this exchange they will loss your money/crypto. they lost my assets
up to 200 € for referral is a Big lie in this app, i have invited 3 friends and we got only 15€ per invite. This is so disappointing and discouraging to use this exchange
Stay Away From this App! They put your money on hold for more than a week and then the fees are awful! Bad to no customer service or support! don't download this. You can't withdraw the funds after you download it. I had spent $3,000 on Bitcoin and did the withdrawal function and after 7 business days never got anything back from my initial investment.
My experience with Kracken was very expensive. Everything you do is fee'd to death. I left after trying it for about a month maybe more maybe less, but they kept charging my account 4 months afterwards. of course the first time I was taken back but I sent their support an email telling them to stop taking my money. Never heard anything back. Finally I found in Google play a way to contact them. This was over a month ago. No refund given. they just don't care if you get ripped off. Stay away.
Garbage app freezes constantly. almost impossible to use or make any purchases. constant freezing. really horrible app. And obviously a company that is does not care about customers at all.
Unfortunately after last update the app stop working after log on the app keep connecting after a while you get an error saying "service limited" we are working ..

it used to be good. I've been having withdrawal issues for 5 days! 1 got through out of 50 damn attempts so support closed the damn ticket!! I cannot withdraw!! And now they changed the app so much, it's horrible, can't find anything, not even a way to contact support anymore.
Locks you with deposits and then push you to share your ID and government document with third party providers you never heard of... Pulling out funds and uninstalling for good .., not mentioning the overpriced fees comparing to competition....BUYER BEWARE
This app is worse, I bought bitcoin for over 4 days and I am unable to send it to another person this app is a fraudulent app y'all should learn from my mistake of using this app I advise do not use it the app hold my bitcoin and gradually they are decreasing That wasn't me doing this review I got hacked and they stole money from my google pay to drain my bank account to change. they stole $60. Kraken then let them after I told them not to because you can't talk to a petson to stop it.
This app is not trustworthy. I opened an account, but it was closed without any explanation or reason. How could I trust this platform and keep my money or investments in it?
regulated to the point where the service is unusable. don't bother downloading. it will just waste your time.
difficult to close account
After I added funds, they blocked my money and closed my account and didn't even give me a reason. It took me two months to reach support, and they basically told me that they don't want to share the reasons. They literally stole my money.
A shame, they charge me 5 euros per month for 6 month for their kraken + subscription i never consented to. When reaching the support to get a refund, they denied it. Scamming their clients.
The worst experience comparing with other exchanges. Low liquidity, sudden ADL even with -Pnl, worst userfriendly interface with insane fees. Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Mexc, Gate much better. I really don't know, why Kraken is so bad from all sides.

always make sure you set a limit order when purchasing, or they will scalp your buy at about 12% above the market rate.
Absolutely, totally, inevitably a awful company. And I know their service center is going to say to jump on here as they do everywhere.. oh we can help you oh you should put a ticket in, blah, blah, blah. Ignore all that that nonsense. They do it all over Reddit and they do it all they do it all over these reveiw sites. It's all comicial and to look good for their company. They say they're going to fix things and send it to higher up and they really don't. It's been many months I had an issue
withdrawal process needs a lot of improving. been over 2 days since trying and ACH withdrawal states 0-2 days. instant transfer is available just not for my account. can't use PayPal for withdrawal. and fees are about the same or maybe more as other platforms. nothing really special setting you apart from your competitors. fix it where I can get my money same day and I'll fix my star rating.

newest update causes the app to not open anymore and crash
it was a good app. up until I stop funding weekly but now all of a sudden my account locked. I've tried contacting, all I got was AI bot. it has been like it for weeks now. is wow because I can put money in but I cannot take money out. imagine how well that works out for them. power definitely advise getting a cold water or something. I definitely would not put my money here.

I have since sold all and went to another app.
The latest update that tries to force you to pick the borrow option when buying crypto is very annoying. Every day this app gets more and more bloated with unnecessay features. If this continues you will lose many customers, including myself.
Easy to buy crypto on. Incredibly difficult to get help from their all AI - on app support. E mail address is almost impossible to find. (They do NOT want to be contacted) Cannot get a daily price trading range on any market I've bought or looked at. They FORCED me to get a screenlock/2FA, which caused my phone to FORCE me to use a screenlock. It's Kraken's way or go trade somewhere else. They will eventually go out of business because of being almost impossible to deal w/... mark my words.
The fee is high...if the coin says 1.23 per coin, you're really paying 1.25 per coin plus some other fee at the end. When they say you can win up to $2500 a day in reward spins. it's usually 0.25, a few 0.50 and at least 9-10 times I landed on a frown face and got absolutely nothing. That shouldn't even be on there. 9 out of 22 times, nothing. It did that to me 4 days in a row, then 25 cents, then nothing again. It's frustrating. I shared with a friend.,up to $300 each to win, we both got $25.
Kraken announced that Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) was going to be delisted from their platform by a certain date, and that investors must withdraw their holdings from that asset, otherwise they would lose it. I took their threat seriously & cashed out the day of, only to discover that they had changed their mind the following day. This cost me transaction fees & I had lost money by paying more for less.
other than losing my password and getting no help for 3 years until they legally had to send me a letter before they got rid of my assets which was EXTREMELY frustrating, its been pretty good.
