lousy in using krispay miles and partial with cash payment
options available only Sydney and Melbourne. Just don't waste time downloading and installing. Not worth if you not frequently travelling to Syd or Mel .
Update today 21June, account is still locked since 16June, kris+ app have bad system error, I hv emailed each day for last 6days to no avails. The kris+ has been locked, called to follow up requesting the reset to be done asap. I hv reset the password before log in in in the third time, and still the account was locked. I was told to wait after 24hours, which I find not acceptable, even krisflyer can be done immediately. I hv voucher and Birthday and Father Day celebration.
I am using Xiaomi 15. Over the weekend, the app keeps hanging at the loading page and unable to load into the home page. This is frustrating as it used to be ok.
No customer service available.
Annoying always asking for rating in every payment. 😡

vouchers always expire because I cant login to the app. I key in the right password and even login using biometric but I get thrown back to the login page. By the time the update that fixes it is released my vouchers have already expired

Tried booking a hotel on krisflyer vrooms. The booking failed and my miles were deducted, and my miles balance is now zero. And they say it takes 6-8 weeks to refund. Insane!

don't buy vouchers from Kris+ point...the aggregate app they don't work, I bought a voucher for Ryde and I couldn't add the credit... basically money wasted, try to contact Kris+ bloody helpless.... Never again
krisshop is SUPER laggy. im having 5g connection but everything from search to adding to bag is a pain. i had to restart the app 3 times
I ordered the iPhone 17 on 19 Sep as the platform indicated that delivery will be within 10 days. Up till now, there is no update and only when I called the customer service was I told that they will deliver from 13 Oct onwards. I requested to cancel the order but was also told that it is not possible. Truly appalled by the bad service! This is the first and the last time I will be shopping online with Kris+.

I have used it for about 3 years now. the kris flyer app has limited partners and rewards. the points are restricted and there is a limitation to convert the points to miles. I shall stop using it as I don't get any benefits using it as compared to other cashback app
