Sign in kept failing, by the time it was fixed my Kris points had expired. Poor experience with this app.

keep loading and cant use at all. bad experience
vouchers always expire because I cant login to the app. I key in the right password and even login using biometric but I get thrown back to the login page. By the time the update that fixes it is released my vouchers have already expired

Tried booking a hotel on krisflyer vrooms. The booking failed and my miles were deducted, and my miles balance is now zero. And they say it takes 6-8 weeks to refund. Insane!

don't buy vouchers from Kris+ point...the aggregate app they don't work, I bought a voucher for Ryde and I couldn't add the credit... basically money wasted, try to contact Kris+ bloody helpless.... Never again
krisshop is SUPER laggy. im having 5g connection but everything from search to adding to bag is a pain. i had to restart the app 3 times
I ordered the iPhone 17 on 19 Sep as the platform indicated that delivery will be within 10 days. Up till now, there is no update and only when I called the customer service was I told that they will deliver from 13 Oct onwards. I requested to cancel the order but was also told that it is not possible. Truly appalled by the bad service! This is the first and the last time I will be shopping online with Kris+.

I have used it for about 3 years now. the kris flyer app has limited partners and rewards. the points are restricted and there is a limitation to convert the points to miles. I shall stop using it as I don't get any benefits using it as compared to other cashback app

Can't login. After entering email and password, it sends me to the homepage, but not logged in. No error message or anything to explain why I'm not logged in. Dumb app with bad QC.
I haven't been able to log in since the beginning of June 2025. After several correspondences with Kris+, they requested a copy of my photo ID as proof of identity. I felt extremely uncomfortable with this request and asked for an alternative solution or a detailed explanation of why my photo ID was necessary. SIA did not accommodate my request and essentially stated that it was photo ID or no access. It's no loss to me; I won't be using this app again.
so complicated just to redeem the 10% off, isn't this applied automatically, the choices shown you don't know what's that. please make it simple during payment time.
