This is an absolutely terrible app; I have never seen a worse one. My auto-payment was turned off, yet this app still deducted my money. I would suggest to everyone: please do not download this app. I downloaded it by mistake; had I known, I wouldn't have done it.

I was charged ₹499 by Kuku FM without my permission. I did not authorize this payment. Please cancel the subscription, refund my money, and ensure this does not happen again. This is very disappointing.👎🏼
Worst service ever. I subscribed to the app, but still they didn't give access to podcasts. What was the subscription for? They don't even have a proper customer support to look into this issue. They have just bots answering on mails. They just took my 699/- rupees for nothing. They are looters.

Humbly request a refund of my money. I had a very bad experience using your app. I installed the app by google play store and initially paid only ₹1 from the subscribtion. Later when I tried to cancel the auto - pay, I found that ₹499 had been deducted on 26/06/2026 without my knowledge and without any prior notification . As a student, this amount of money is very important to me . I kindly request you to refund the deducted amount and cancel the auto - pay immediately.
Don't be fooled by the "free" tag. The app locks all basic functionality behind expensive subscriptions and pop-up purchases. It is designed entirely for monetization rather than providing actual value to the user. Very disappointing.

am not recommend. I suscribed to your free trial offer by paying 1 as mentioned in the promotion. After that, I cancelled the subscription within the trial period. However, 499 has been deducted automatically from my account without my consent. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. I kindly request you to review my account and process a full refund of ₹499 as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I may need to escalate the matter further give my money return.not useful app
