I am very disappointed with the service. An amount was deducted from my account without my consent for a subscription I am not using. I have already sent 10+ emails to the support team with my details, but they keep saying my account is not found. I have payment proof for the transaction. Please resolve this issue and refund my money immediately

Earlier it was a lot of fun watching Kuku FM. I am not enjoying it right now. Because there are too many ads coming right now.
I didn't subscribe this kuku fm app but every three months deducted my balance from my account without any information. also I can't unsubscribe this service
