I would like to share my experience with Kuku FM to make others aware. In my experience, I was disappointed with the behavior of the support team and the way my concerns were handled. I also faced difficulties when trying to receive the money that I believed I had earned, as my requests were not resolved satisfactorily. This situation caused frustration and made me feel that customer concerns were not being given proper attention it will be 0 star rating

There needs to be more transparency and better control over subscriptions and Very poor experience ⭐1 star der

Very disappointed with "Kuku FM". Their “free trial” is misleading because they take auto-pay permission upfront and deduct money automatically. This feels deceptive and frustrating. If it’s truly a free trial, why keep auto-pay mandatory? That raises serious concerns about their intentions. Charging ₹699 this way is unfair. I demand an immediate full refund of ₹699.

Very degrading features of such app is that. They only claim for auto-subscription. That's not right. They should also have the option of one time subscription. Google play have to consider and recommend to kuku TV about this. So that they can increase their more positive reviews. Most of the time viewer who don't use are charged by auto subscription.
