Since 1st Dec, 2025 I am Mailing, sending messages to customer support of the kutuki app.. but there is no reply coming from the kutuki help center.. I have paid for the December subscription, the app is still locked and now it's been 20 days but there is no reply from any of the executives of the app. It's very sad... I am not able to cancel the subscription as the app is showing I haven't paid the subscription for this month... it's very very disappointing...
not even a single thing is free, everything is paid those mfs!! very bad app don't install😤

when I was 5 years old it was free but now it has 300 rs for 1 month I downloaded it for me that my vacation is going saw I downloaded it but now it has nothing first we have to pay rs than everything why

such a fraud app. doesn't work on tv. i don't know on phone. but deducts amount for subscription every month without fail. there's no option to unsubscribe as the app doesn't even open. I mailed them a week back to unsubscribe from their end but no response. pathetic don't install

I will give this a one star because it doesn't work
I cannot use kutu ki because there is sign in
it is taking money and I have downloaded previously but there was no money I didn't give the money the previous time but this time as I see that no one video is unlock if we have to unlock it we have to give money in back of it I didn't like this concept of kutuki it as a very brilliant app and it's not take money please it is a humble request to all the kutuki all the kuthu ki workers it is very brilliant capitals many things like writing speaking vocabulary stories poems rhymes etc

Always a problem with after paying not reflect immediately. It's more than 3 days but still not active my account. There were no support team or contact no to discuss on it.

Overpriced. Not worthy of 199/month.
It is good as long as all works fine. However, anytime during ur usage if u r in need of customer care, forget a resolution. Its all automated. And it is better only if u pay through mobile through some upi or else u wud loose ur money if u pay through laptop or computer.
