Customer service is not helpful. They are not knowledgeable and always offline. Extracting report from the app is getting worst.

I am very disappointed after the 7 days trial lot of changes hope it it will be back I cannot recommend this pos to my customer and friends if yuo can bring back the online order and the web destopvertion I'll give you 5 star rating at this moment I give you 1 star rating.
La peor app de la categoroia. Inutilizable para restaurantes. El stock no actualiza. No es posible hacer configuraciones detalladas con la aplicación para pc. Hay divergencias entre información mostrada en la aplicación del telefono y la del pc. No se puede consultar stock por el pc, la inclusión de variaciones es una pesadilla para restaurantes.

Imagine trusting an app to run your sales only to end up with losses because it can’t do the basics. We’ve reported these issues, and nothing is being done. Instead of helping businesses, Kyte is actively hurting them. If you value accuracy, stability, and your hard-earned money, stay far away from this app coz they can't fix their mess.
Pls I need a refund. my monthly subscription was N3800, and at the point I was paying for 1 yr the total came to N39,000. i am so surprised to see you have deducted N164,000 from my acct. ( 400% more) Kindly facilitate my refunds, Thank you.

It seems developers are messing with my phone, be careful on using this app and the permissions you allow on it. It might control your phone forcing it to restart.

Something wrong with the app can't subscribe or resubscribe.
a user can sell a product it creates a log, but in many transaction if any user cancels a transaction you can not find it out ehich user did, their help desk says no log for cancelling the transaction. If you embed the barcode to products that doesn't works also, you must scan every individual barcode to able to use.. So for professional use I don't recommend.

Don't ever use or try this app if you don't want to buy their plans in the future. The free version is subpar. The unfortunate part is that during the first 2 weeks, you can use it smoothly until you've added all the necessary items to your store. Before they notify you that the feature is not free, you must obtain a plan to access it.

Para el inventario deberían de permitir agregar y no ingresar un total es complicado agregar inventario nuevo hay q estar calculando y eso resta tiempo..
I like the app but an issue keeping us from using it. We are running a small shop in UAE and want only the currency symbol to show as AED. However when we select the currency type, it automatically changes the numberic language to arabic. Which most of our international customers don't understand. Please fix this so that the overall app wise language remain the same including numbers, and only the currency symbol should change.
