Immer Ausreden in Restaurants, wenn man versucht, Punkte zu sammeln oder sie zu verwenden. schlechtes Treueprogramm. Auch kein Kundenservice bei Beschwerden.

Trotz Scan der Kundenkarte, werden keine Punkte gutgeschrieben.
This app is ridiculous: Gives an error trying to scan receipt QR codes. I'm not gonna hold my phone up to the cashier like a jerk. Can't view an order that you just made in the app. After ordering they want you to log in (even though you're already in the app) but the login doesn't work. Points can only be redeemed in the restaurant. Promotions are annoying. Waste of time and space!
I love L'Osteria. Unfortunately this app is a fail. Weiter in registration didn't do anything, couldn't finish it. After several restarts I've entered data marked as "optional" and it let me to main app, just to find out it's not in English or any other language (only German). For foreigners unusable... :'((
Funktioniert teilweise überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich was in meinen Einkaufswagen hinzufügen will dann wird es nicht gemacht.
