can't open up the app on my phone
impossible to recover password/username. awfully difficult to quit them.

App is pretty straightforward I have not been able to add a guest since I got the app. Have to go to the desk every time to check in my guest instead of just scanning the barcode. They need to fix the erroring out when submitting to add a guest. Will update my review to 5 stars once they get that fixed. I have contacted support and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app like I haven't already tried that...
Terrible app. Needs better personnel creating or maintaining this app.
wont let you cancel membership
UI is ugly and severely needs to be updated. My profile's picture, that was taken at the gym, can't be changed in-app, which is the most stupidest feature.
every time you log out you have to go to the club to re activate
contacting anyone in this app is impossible
it moved from the first page to the 2nd after 5 minutes. Now it's stuck on that page.
I've been with this gym at least 14 years through four name changes (urban active, LA Fitness, Esporta and back to La Fitness). I used a physical card to check in until Esporta instituted the app. Now I need the LA app. I was prompted to enter the first 5 digits of the account used for my recurring dues. entered the number, it doesn't work. I've tried at least 6 times now. I'd rather not give them my phone number to check in every time as the guy at the gym suggested earlier today.

I have the app installed, I open the app and click login with QR code, I scan the code, it takes me to a link to download the app. ???
I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP FOR MONTH BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER AFFORD THE MONTHLY FEE. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY HAVE STAFF CALLING YOU DAILY. 7 DAYS A WEEK. ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. ALWAYS DIFFERENT STAFF USING DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. I TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, HOWEVER THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL UNTIL I BRING MY BALANCE CURRENT. I ONLY USED THIS GYM TWICE BEFORE I GOT SICK AND COULDN'T AFFORD IT. THE AUTODRAFT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD AND HAVE OVER EXTENDED

worst app ever! Even the staff at LA Fitness could not get me logged in.
I can't even see the schedule 😒 very frustrating I want to get back into the gym and so upsetting that I'm not able to find a swim class..
To sign up as a new user on this app and get a membership card, you need to scan the barcode from your physical member's card. I don't have that card because I am a new member. poorly executed.

very slow with the check-in updates, sometimes it even just freezes. There is no excuse for this, it's 2026.

The previous version of the app formally crashed repeatedly for me. this version of the app something is wrong.Where I can't select my membership card even though i'm signed in
in order to login on the website you have to go to the app to get your member key tag number, but it is not available in the app. coincidentally this number is required to cancel your membership.

Unable to sign in with the QR code I was given after signing up on my laptop. The code only directed me to download this app. Useless. I'll see if I can go in person to get this sorted.
absolute dog shet took my money, won't let me access the freaking. Digital account won't let me start an account. Wouldn't send me an email for an hour? There's no way to contact anybody. There's no recourse for them. They just get to take your money and not do anything about.

Clunkiest app I've ever installed. the recent update on Jan 13 has caused inability to book or edit classes and view substitute instructors. Please revert back to the previous version, the make corrections and test, test, test before makung it available.
app immediately goes to full screen brightness, over ruling any display settings...very harsh on eyes when in dark enviro like ur car at night. no setting to defeat this. Is that really needed to scan the qr code to gain entrance?

where's the button to delete my account? I canceled my membership but was looking to delete my account as well
Currently unable to sign up as a new member. They charged me, told me to create an account using a QR code which they provide which when you scan, takes you to the page to download the app.....which I have. Finally got a confirmation email, tried to log in with the information they provided in said email which doesn't even work and now it states I've made too many attempts. It's just a broken loop if you try to sign up/sign in and there is no way to contact support.

La fitness personnel trainer is bad i payed 580 a month plus 840 a year membership and got no results. plus the owed me 6 sessions I never used cause my trainer moved one hour away from me. They are over priced so now I workout myself.
paid for membership and scanned the qr code to login. On android it loops you back to the "get from play store" screen, but it works on iPhone.
