Delivery Service is Pathetic, taking more than 1 hr
takes too much time to respond to orders and queries, post order they won't respond, after one hour still no updates on the status, they won't deliver in one hour, once we order we have to make follow up calls with outlets, not good, better use Swiggy or Zomato at least they respond, here we have to wait more than one hour in normal days!!
worst app. doesn't even have a helpline number. the outlet simply doesnt take calls or just cuts the call. very poor response. no delivery even after 2 hours of ordering. pathetic service. complete fraud app. after 3 hours saying cant cancel order. the number listed for the app also doesn't exist. dont buy from them .. they'll just take your money.. and cheat you out of it.

paise cut kar liye order bhi nhi diya
worst experience I was ordering for the first time and get discount. whenever I applied the coupon the discount applied total payment mentioned then it's showing order for Rs 19 to get this order. There is no such thing available in Rs 19. if you are giving the discount then give it properly so the customer should enjoy it otherwise remove all these offers and coupons, if you can't take such chances of giving discounts.

My order I'd is #44334432. I placed an order at the franchise near Galababhai Putala, Gadhaman Gate, Palanpur Branch 2, Banaskantha. My order consisted of two large pizzas for a family of four at 7:53 PM. Despite the order being accepted, I faced significant delay. I attempted to contact the helpline seven times, but my calls were not answered promptly. The order process only began after 8:05 PM, and I finally received my food at 8:25 PM. Do not order from this branch.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread, but received something completely different and inedible. The service was careless, the food quality unacceptable, and the entire experience ruined my and my child's day. Street-side vendors deliver better service & quality than La Pino’z. One word for this brand: PATHETIC!!!
worst experience, especially on Sundays I would suggest not to order home delivery because the pizza base is not up to the mark and preparation of pizzas are of low quality. Especially the Surdhara outlet. Try someone else...
not delivered on time
my experience was worst, we order at 5 pm at evening, they neither accepted our order, not they rejected it, we were waiting waiting and waiting. pathetic service. I'm uninstalling your app and will tell people that you people are fooling us.

Whenever you order pizza through Swiggy & use discount coupons . The Pizza Outlet ( Medical College Road, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh) destroy the quality according to discount offered.

I ordered pizza at 8:48 PM and it was not delivered at the time of writing this comment (10:48 PM), which is 2 hrs Moreover, the audacity of the outlet is such that they are not responding to the call. This is highly inappropriate. also, the app does not provide the option to cancel or provide an option to directly call for service. pls see to it that money is refunded. otherwise, will have to pursue more stringent options.

i have ordered spring filling pizza slice and recevied a wrong with out seal and bill fron MATUNGA so in front of delivery partner i called a resturant and said about the wrong item even the delevery partner spoken with the resturant but the rudely sopken and disconnected the call and again i'v call back and spoken with the resturant this time 2 to 3 people i spoken and avoiding to answer me properly 1 of them said that he is sending me my correct order after few time they was not answering
