like everything else you need to pay an arm and a leg
Got charged for a while year ($90) for a 7 day trial. I know it's my fault... but how scummy to insta-charge for a year. it's the same old "free trial" scam, hoping you forget. Last free-trial I'll ever do, I'm over it. Edit: ok, for the app itself. For $90 you get to see 3 property searches. Now it won't show any parcel info. You can go to your local county auditor website and lookup this information for FREE folks! You don't need this scummy app charging you $30 for 1 search (only 3 in total)

Unusable - can't create a map without the screen going blank white and loading indefinitely. Galaxy S25+ Edit: Opened a support ticket with the developer. To spite their brief communication - it's been over a week with no solution and my wallet still being debited for the subscription. Frustrating.
the free trial is not free. it charged me right away. scam if the handle.your business by lying out gate.
The refund policy is absurd. They will not process refunds for this app. My child purchased this app by accident. The cost was $93.06!! I submitted my refund request and they refused to give me a refund. The accidental purchase was on a Tuesday. I noticed the purchase and submitted my refund about 36 hours later on Wednesday. I just received the email saying the refund was not accepted today, SATURDAY. I'd like a proper refund so I can get on with paying my electricity bill.
Unusable in terms of both missing features and broken functionality. What little it did is now broken.
BEWARE - READ THEIR REVIEWS SO BAD free trial? not without a card. PASS edit to respond let a free trial actually be had without entering a card. onx is a great ap and gets so many more users Bec they offer that try before you buy with her entering credit card information is crucial. people don't trust companies not willing to do that. It ain't about budget I don't want to have to deal with some charges or something that could potentially happen. good LUCK
this app has ad and app trackers that are very unethical and almost like "malicious" in always. after it confirmed installation, i decided to open a couple apps to try and kill time, but i open the app that monitors my apps, and see that the second I unlocked my phone and this app had confirmed installation. I had 1872 tracking and inquiring attempts by this app looking to harvest all intimate details of myself, my device, and all networks and devices connected to said network and my device.
app just keeps crashing when clicking on one of my created maps.

These guys don't update their maps. They have some other property under my name and my property under someone else's name that didn't even own it before I bought it. I have sent them all the information to verify the proper boundaries and even after several months they haven't changed anything. Completely unreliable. Why would I "reach out" to you again? As stated I have already sent you all the info you asked for previously. 😆

They took away features I paid for and now want to change me more to get them back. I can do everything this app offers for free. I was happy to pay for convince but $20 a month are you kidding me? I'll just spend the extra time to do get the same information for free. Heck I already had to hop to another free app to get measurements anyways.
Subscription/access issues have devolved this apps aura.
It did nothing more than the free services out there. Half the time it did not work or was not accurate. I suggest that you stay away from this app and do not waste your time.

The information isn't accurate. I searched a couple of houses, including my own, that I know the information on, and it doesn't have accurate data.
