don't bother with app you cannot view your booking at all. try emailing about the problem and just get ignored waste off of space.

Basically an annoying way of presenting hyperlinks that you're forced to get because the park is too greedy to keep paper & people. Terrible idea with a worse execution.

Absoluut onmogelijk om in te loggen op deze app. Account aangemaakt en proberen te activeren, dat lukte niet. Dan maar via de site aangemaakt. In de app als je op de login knopt tapt sluit de form helft van de tijd, andere helft faalt het gewoon om in te loggen.
When reviewing the app in the app ("how satisfied are you with our app), the send-button disappears when giving a negative review. It's very hard to create an account. It just gives an "something went wrong" error, until you randomly receive an activation code in your email. Then that code didn't work, and after trying 4 more codes, it stopped sending emails all together. Waited 30 mins, and spammed the re-send button out of frustration. I got 1, just 1, email, and that code finally worked.

digitale sleutels leuk idee maar erg onhandig met de app...
je moet continue het wachtwoord resetten in de app. om wat voor reden dan ook, pakt de app de juiste gegevens niet. om gek van te worden...

Ja, er is momenteel een technische fout met de boekingen waardoor onze digitale sleutel uit de app verdwenen is en nu kunnen we niet meer binnen (het is avond en koud ...) . Kunnen jullie er niet voor zorgen dat de sleutel offline wordt bijgehouden zodat je op zijn minst nog binnen kunt bij zo'n voorvallen ...

Encouraged through all the information and correspondence to download the app. Reluctantly downloaded it and created an account and then told that the app doesn't support UK bookings. Complete waste of time and effort and extremely frustrating.
The website directs you to the app for information regarding the spa, yet the app gives less information than the website.

Useless for UK bookings
Nice app works great. To offset all of that someone decided to install the scanner for entry to the park at a height of 32cm Nearly impossible to reach out of a car with enough clearance for an average speed bump. So if you dislike your phone or are in dire need to buy the next one this app is the one you need to convince your spouse the old one is really broken after an incident.
password reset takes too long
Pointless for UK bookings, it is not setup for them. You can't book activities etc, it's the same info as on the website
Foutmelding bij het inloggen (herhaaldelijk) terwijl dezelfde inlog wel werkt op de website. Idem op een andere telefoon. Klantenservice gebeld, maar die kan hier niets mee. Verder zijn er dus geen opties meer. Zoek het maar uit. Zelf maar "Wachtwoord vergeten" geprobeerd (werkte dus wel gewoon op de website) en kan eindelijk inloggen. Sleutel ophalen lukt nu weer niet. (Herhaaldelijk, nog niet gelukt). Ook al een keer vastgelopen. Feedback vanuit de app werkt niet en dan loopt de app weer vast.
Geen mogelijkheid tot annuleren via de app
Veel te veel privacy gevoelige informatie gevraagd. Je moet ook locatie delen om sleutel te krijgen, afhankelijk geworden van je telefoon.
USER EXPERIENCE. Bizar slecht. Gebruik de app zelf eens en merk hoe gebruikers onvriendelijk het is. Tussendoor de app meerdere keren opnieuw moeten opstarten omdat de app vastloopt of niet reageert.

My confirmation for a UK booking tells me to download the app for more information, I do so, then when I enter my details it tells me that it's not available to UK users. Useless

Traag met opstarten, traag in de app. (Internet, opslag, batterij en ram zijn allemaal in orde.) Sleutel koppelen aan de app werkt niet met Firefox en Chrome. Heb edge moeten downloaden om het voor elkaar te krijgen.
It tells me that uk stays are not available on the app, so I can't add my booking . Very useless to me !!!
