The game it's self is alright, the customer service could be way better!!! They will insist nothing is wrong with the game at all if there is a bug or error in the game. I wanted to play this game but the server doesn't work that well even though I have a great internet connection. I guess I should just uninstall it. Too bad I had a lot of progress and now I can't play it again.
Do not buy add ons or packages. They will take your money and not give you the items or subscriptions. If you contact support, they ignore the receipts and tell you they don't have a record of it. If you get a refund from Google or your bank, they lock your game until you pay to get back in to punish you. I would not be surprised if I get banned for making this review. I have been playing for many years, and this happens often to players.

I have waited so long to download this game,but finally I downloaded the game,the game is amazing but but too much ads
Most of my friends have quit because there's been no new decent content in years, just arbitrary things to buy so people who spend 100 grand+ can flex on each other. People have been saying for years to increase the level cap beyond level 30 and introduce more research so we can have a sense of progression again, so where is it? Instead you have the opportunity to spend 10s of thousands on new in game currencies that will take years to accumulate from rallies and lackluster copy pasted events.
Pay to win. I've been playing this game for years now and if you want a game you can treat like a hobby, building your fortress for better gameplay then this is for you. But it costs money to do that. After half a decade, there's still people with ridiculous levels of strength who spent $$$ and now have an unfair advantage. This game is designed to be a time consuming money trap. 3/2026 update: their response is BS. things are still the same if not worse. i quit. don't download.
A usual pay-to-win game. It has big whales already, which are killing everyone in range. Don't play it if you want to have a peaceful game. I played State of Survival before. And it seems this game is a perfect clone. Ok, the graphics are different. But the gameplay, most of the events, and all the upgrades are a perfect copy. Boring The game has connection issues since several days, but all that you get is a copy/paste answer "everything works fine here". Great 😡

It seems decent so far. I'm too scared to make a purchase cause none of the login options work to save the game. so yea don't want to purchase a perk if I'm just gonna get reset. ah well. edit. just got to the part where its another cloned 4x game. why wasn't this in the ads. so much content just to be ruined.

this is a stupid game
Don't play unless you enjoy being ravaged by the stronger alliances that are allowed to come to your server once a week and wreck havoc on you. Devs will tell you you can buy shielding, emphasis on the buy because there is no way to mine the materials you need in late game to do anything. Can you play for free? Yes. Can you compete for free, Not a snowballs chance in hell, even if you are in an alliance.
Game nothing like what the advertisement showed!!!!
I've played this game for 3yrs now, but, I've had enough of it. Developers were the most greedy people I've ever came across. Don't play it, developers' main target is your pocket. It become more and more expensive, if you don't spend cash, you'll fall behind your fellow players very soon. Whales will zeroed you week in and week out Repetitive useless task, heavy and time consuming task with very little rewards. The time consumption become outrageous, you need atleast 4hrs daily
Would score it better if the game support actually worked!!! Again, end up talking to AI and no reply this time!! I emailed the game support yoo over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on a reply!! Guess they won't get my money anymore
wanting to jump too another sever with friends due too my combat power been high 800 zone passes this needs to be lowered considering quitting.

everyone needs to check the game you placed in. when I started mine I didn't realize I was three weeks behind everyone. this company doesn't care for anything but your money. they won't fix it and you'll be bullied in game from the get go. your choice, but I'd skip entirely.* edited* i tried, but can't get past your A.I. you just money grabbers.
it's just a game, at the beginning it felt exciting you are going on in alliance talking to people enjoying yourself letting your skills encourage speak because everyone was on the same level but as you progress you let the idea settle that the more you pay the more you get far but by doing so you chase all the other players away by doing so you end up playing along, I don't get it but they, it's just a game
we spend so much money in this game and lack of customer support is gross. we are condemed to ai support now. and before that we never got any normal help, just some condesending reply to every our complain. game has so many bugs and issues that is should have customer support working 24/7 and we have none! you haven't implemented anything new for ages. we upgraded everything in our fort, unlocked all cars and war beasts. there's no new content to progress in game
They have deleted my account. I have played this game since 2022. For the last 20 days, I couldn’t log in because I was extremely busy taking care of my grandpa, who was terribly sick and hospitalized. Now I’ve lost all my progress. They said I didn’t link my account, but Facebook shows that I did link it on April 26, 2022. I’m totally disappointed.
this game is the worst
Not sure what happened in the update but it heats up my phone and tablet. Both the phone and tablet burn my hand while on the game.
I have been playing this game for multiple years. the game is a heavily pay to win, outrageous prices just to try to go to a new server for more competition an they want $ 800 . I will be deleting my accounts , totally outrageous. Do not recommend unless you have plenty of money to waste
