I reported disturbing player content that appears to violate the game rules and provided screenshots, but after more than a week I still have not received a meaningful response. I hope the developers improve their moderation review process and player support communication.
spent money on this app for years. the company locked me out of the game because I accidentally said I was 3 on age verification. I guess they got enough money out of me cause they wouldn't fix it.
Absolute trash. You can tell a CEO had a big part in making this. Edit as a response to dev: Your request for details is as canned an generic as your game. This isn't even a game. It's just entirely manipulation techniques meant to get you addicted. It's like if a hamburger was just two buns, a slice of turkey, and a pile of hard drugs.
Update: Now the game doesn't deserve even zero stars. They pushed new and more invasive terms and conditions and masked it with "age verification". I just deleted the game.
Very deceptive ads. it tricks you into pay to play and costs tons of money. some transactions are successful and some are not. You don't get what you pay for. My daughter bought all kinds of stuff on here and Google and devs won't refund.

On the web for purchasing bricks, make the classifications very obvious. Put commas between zeros so we don't buy in millions when we intend buying a few thousand. I clicked 10,000 bricks everytime I purchased because it was the last item, then you recently added 50,000 and 100,000 bricks without indicating and making it obvious in your Fun Fly Store. A very deceitful sale. I want my refund. Update: I did all you requested. You refuse giving me my refund. Instead you come here in pretense.

I have spent $1,000s on this game and I recently had an issue with not having access to my account. It resulted in me losing all my troops and days away from the game to be active. I feel like I should receive monetary compensation for this inconvience from Google Play and Last War support. I was not able to use the packs I bought during the Glitter Event. They only want you to be addicted to this game for their monetary gain. I recommend to stay away from it.
You can only get far if you want to spend money. The game itself is not bad but the developer is not protecting his members well. Lots of drama in the game play between people and alliances. If you think it is nice to play a game and relax, then skip this one for sure. Because it is not what you are looking for. Developer is only interested in you spending money. I removed my account and will not come back again. Also something to keep in mind servers are not under the law of Europe or the US.
played this game for months. spent a fair amount of money. lost access to my account through some bug. after reinstalling could not get my account back. months of time lost and support will not help because I cannot provide the one tiny bit of info I dont have unless i get access to my account. they couldn't care less. Just take your money and run. they do not tell you to record this information or tell you that you can loose everything.

Trying to find a game that just lets you play the mini game and this isn't it. I was able to play a few rounds and then suddenly it's into some sort of world building selecting things for farmland and who knows what there's no instructions and I'm not looking for steeper strategy as they keep talking about in the replies to negative reviews. These bait and switch games are despicable and sadly this is yet another one in a very long list of them. Why can't somebody just make the mini-game?
worst gaming experience so far. Game is fully greedy of your money still tasks for whole day. Always keeps muting from chats. if you want unnecessarily anxiety than you should download it.

Where the game was initially enjoyable and fairly reliable, the unbalanced pairing of opponents started to sour the experience. To make matters worse, the purchases stopped working correctly and you would be charged without receiving anything. This happened on two separate occasions and customer service didn't resolve either issue and I had to resolve through my credit card company. They had the nerve to point out two separate purchases so buyer beware. Don't play
this game is currently being sued for fraud which is why changes are happening download a screen recorder and do the same. Their only getting worse theirr not stopping cause they feel they're in the clear. They found new ways to make that money and thats by lagging and making people feel weak. And what I mean by that is they are giving spending a damage program to where you cant win.

Too much cheats and bots, auto dig and click treasure, auto rally on zombie boss, auto snatch diamond eggs, auto click on secret tasks, auto detect trucks with 3-4 shards and etc. Do not waste time if you are not going to spend money in this game. Update 3/5 Full of hacks and cheats even with the latest update, developer does not control all these people who's using cheats in game. It's so unfair for players who spends money and integrity playing the game.

non existent customer support I've been playing the game for a good few months now, it's fun, not totally what's advertised, but still fun🙏 the people I've met are amazing. however the support for developers is next to none..... I desperately need help and have messaged and have been ignored, so if you want a game that's fun great download ..but seriously if you mess up, don't expect any help or support from the game
unless you have good luck you will pay a lot for nothing. I would like refund of money spent as it is basically a gambling game, with low chances of getting good rewards.

The gameplay is genuinely enjoyable but the monetization is built on a trap most players won't see until it's too late.You are locked to one server. That server will eventually become politically toxic - it's inevitable by design. when it does your only escape is abandoning your account and everything you spend on to create another account in another server. The game creates urgency to spend early. The server system ensures that spending can become worthless overnight. play free or not at all.
Developers are so disconnected from the players and only care about big spenders. Support is completely useless and send blanket answers to every question. they expect you to take a screenshot knowing exactly what's going to go wrong when it goes wrong and before it goes wrong that way you can send them proof if you have anything happen on the game.
