I really like this game at first and I really didn't mind spending money on it. couple of weeks ago they made some changes to their game packs and they removed the one for $0.99. they're explanation was we removed it to cut down on spending. That's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard because they have packs for $100. since they move the 99 cent pack I have yet to spend any cash and I doubt they'll ever see another penny for me I'll just play for free. cut your own nose off to spite your face

A very slow paced game where spending money is the only way to progress at a normal pace. After a short while the missions around the outside of my base were shrouded in a mist & were inaccessible which is still the case today. The ads say it plays like the ads which is simply not true, I seriously doubt it has a 4.7 rating as games on Google Play do seem to have suspicious ratings compared to the reviews.
after winning a round it gives you a choice to double rewards for an ad, which is fine. but now if you choose not to watch the ad, it still forces an ad down your throat. don't give me a choice thats not a choice.

This creates an extreme server power imbalance that permanently locks out active, spending players from their earned progression. The developers refuse to issue compensation or manually adjust their broken system, citing internal "policies." Do not invest your time or money here.
this game is fun but extremely expensive if you have so much money that you can spend hundreds thousands building an account that can be turned into nothing by some wealthy maniacal maniac.. that literally destroyed the gameplay for everyone on the server.this game is for you...stupid enough to start another account only to find that they tripled the price from just a few weeks ago. these games are extremely fun and addictive. id never recommend anyone to get involved in this one!!!!!

pay to win slop
The server freezes during battles making it impossible to play. You will lose everything you worked on for weeks in the span of a few seconds thanks to server lag.

FALSE ADS. SCAM TO HOOK + EXTRACT MONEY. NOT LIKE THE ADS, THEY SLOWLY INTRODUCE THE REAL GAMEPLAY WITH BUILDING UPGRADES LOOT BOXES, MULTI-PLAYER ALLIANCES WITH EXTREME PAY TO WIN. THIS GAME SHOULD BE BANNED. THAT'S HOW OURAGEOUS IT IS. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE, MAKING AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY BY EXPLORING PEOPLE'S PSYCHE AND ADDICTION. Edit: your response is absurd. 4x speed +1000% daily buys. And false ads, and blatant exploitation of addiction.

Joining gold zombie rallies can be laggy as well as other PvP events. I was initially drawn in by false adverts which were nothing like the main game play. It took around 2 years before the developers created side games which resembled those ads. Many events suit American time zones as daily reset is in the early morning hours if you're in Europe. If you want to be a part of top alliances and therefore get ahead of others in regards to power you have to be prepared to spend real money regularly
unless you have good luck you will pay a lot for nothing. I would like refund of money spent as it is basically a gambling game, with low chances of getting good rewards. already have and been denied. you lie about the refunds and also about the chances
advertised vs actual gameplay is deceiving, crashes are a weekly occurrence, game play gets stale after 1 year and AI customer support often results in a loop of death when you raise concerns or complaints. Deleted the game not long ago (regretted not earlier)

wow people were complaining about how you sided with mega spender then you shut them up with 2k gold bricks and apology letter. now you remove the daily offers??? that's the cheapest offer with mid values, the only way small spender keep playing this game and you took that from us. I'm a small spender but all these updates really piss me off. I actually want to look inside your head to see how the team come into conclusion that "removing daily packs will get us back to our root"

The idea of the game is good and technically it works. For me this game has too major problems: it's virtually impossible to be competitive if you don't spend money. If you don't spend money you're basically part of the foodchain for the big spenders. The other problem is that game activities that provide big bonus are group, scheduled activities and especially at times that are incompatible with family life. This is exactly the same game as Last Asylum with slightly amended graphics
I had worst experience of this game..there is no rules and regulations about fair and justice. who has power can destroy any alliance. today I deleted my game character in anger due to injustice.. I was lvl 28 and going to become 29... but it hurts..😢😢
