Ad said, "Print your free plan today". Come to find out, there's no such thing. I even ended up paying and I can't print out my 28 day plan. These people are liars and cheats. And, reading the reviews, it looks like I'm now in for more sneaky charges to hit my account in the near future. And apparently they don't refund, which is an absolute joke. It looks like the app has some good and varied material but because of their deceptive business practices, I will not be continuing with them.

Absolutely do not recommend!! this is a terrible app with their auto-recharge being an exorbitant price! I was charged $80.88 for 1 month instead of $19.95. Their app support was unresponsive to my query and I have emailed Support and have had no reply to refund request 4 daya ago!! Do not get sucked into this app and it's recharging ridiculous prices!!!

Fraudulent charges. Same story as everyone here. Signed up for free. Was charged$10 a couple of times. Was just charged $60 when told the subscription was canceled. And when trying to access the app, it flashed the error subscription expired. I'm stopping PayPal payments. Buyer beware!
I found my first workout easy to follow and enjoyable.
canceled a long time ago and you have continuously been charging my card non stop I've gone on the app and canceled yet you won't stop. I guess I'm gonna have to go to the attorney General with this problem and a lawyer to sue you for all the monies stolen from clients. I bet there's more like me out there. If you are having this problem feel free to tag me.

App is not user friendly and customer service is non existent.
Tried the app for 4 days +/- There are exercises I can do and cannot do, physical limitations +/- needs fasting to work + nice exercise vidieos +/- customer support Lisa West was helpful but problems were not solved - step counter inaccurate, need to download another app - charged subcription when I asked them NOT to - cannot stream - cant find food fr. my country in the list so calorie counting wasnt accurate -expected 28 day exercise plan as advertised, got the 7day plan only. I want a refund.
This company is a fraud!!Even though I have contacted them several times, they keep trying to withdraw money from my account. One more time and I will report them for fraud!!
Don't bother. They will steal your money. They charge you twice, then don't let you log in. When you try to contact support it's all AI generated. There is NO way to talk to or message an actual person so your issue never gets resolved.

Their predatory pricing was revealed when I found a $55.82 charge and an additional charge for $29.99 when I happened to look at my PayPal account! there were no receipts in my email indicating they had charged me. Additionally, the initial payment for military calistenics was supposed to be $9.90 and they charged me an additional $9.49. They refunded my recent payments, but not the initial extra charge so far.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.... even the trial membership. I canceled it in time, but they continue to send charges through for different amounts several times a month. Luckily, I usually have my card frozen so they get declined, but once in a while they get me and I have had no luck getting refunds. Such a shame that what could be a good program for some people, is just another scam out there to steal money from people. It's like there's no honest businesses anymore. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!!
No Stars- terrible customer service Not only did I pay extra for some add on but I never got to complete my month I paid for because it says to contact support in or to renew subscription. Why am I not allowed to have the days I paid for already? When I contacted customer service they did nothing. This App is illegal. You are not allowed to pay for a subscription then take away with the subscriber paid for. This company thinks because it is based in Germany it can do whatever it wants.
keep charging even though its canceled
BUYER BEWARE! I signed up for one month of subscription, and was charged $10 as expected. Then I was charged another $10. I contacted customer service to reverse the charges. They told me this was for another option that I theoretically selected, though they could not tell me what option it was. They said their policy does not allow for refunds. They offered me a free extension which I declined. In the end they did not reverse the charges. I will be uninstalling the app.
thought I was downloading a free app, now I have a $55 charge
it's hard to cancel a subscriptions, you have go through to many things to get it canceled. it's should be a manage subscriptions link.
Horrible. I tried many times to download the app. Still cant do it. When I ask to cancel my subscription.....crickets.... I have been sent to customer service with out even the slightest help.
There's absolutely no customer service to help with any issues. For the amount I'm paying per month, there should be someone I could talk to. SCAM!
I paid for a subscription and logged in. It immediately started deducting my days despite my being unable to start at the time. it gave me no option to start on my schedule and charged me anyway. Would not recommend.

the tia chi training interface was not very good. but worse, these guys charged me $59 and then $32 on the day Uninstalled. unauthorized. from a $10 to 91??? edit review. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. the apps website is missing a clear way to cancle the subscription. I had to use the chat bot that co firmed cancelation but went unresponsive when asking for a credit. in the end, they refunded the charge. but im not sure if it was due to credit card dispute or my chat.
trying to resubscribe, the app won't let me in to do that. there's no way to do that through play store, trying to contact them but the chat bot keeps getting stuck on replying chat bubble... about to uninstall and give up completely
I canceled my subscription because I didn't have time to use it. Then I tried to renew it but the "chat" was AI and was not helpful at all. And there was no other way to contact the company.
