Downhill loaded the app with expectation that I would be charged a one-time $10 charge. It's been 2 hours since I signed up and my credit card company is contacting me - they blocked a charge from Lasta for almost $60. I would never have signed up for that price. I need to cancel immediately - really shady.

Terrible experience with customer service, be careful, if you cancel they won't send you an email with the confirmation, they will send you an email saying that the auto renewal is off. but you might still be charge next month. After that if you want a refund they will not give it to you claiming about Terms and Conditions. If I can I will give them minus star. real scammers. Beware
I signed up to pay $30 for the workout plan then was instantly charged another $9.99. what was that for? I wasn't even asked if I wanted to pay that. I want all of my money refunded if this is the way this app is going to work!
The worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I could not get logged in. They sent me the same instructions three times with no actual troubleshooting done, then offered a partial refund. if you don't have a new phone and an Apple or Gmail account to tie to the app, do not purchase.

No one has bothered to contact me and it has charged me again! I have emailed again. Please help

this is a joke and a scam they will charge you and then say you don't have an account and then you can't access your app and it will keep charging you. I want a refund!!!!!!!!! can't even delete my account

Looked like a great app! The advertisement said "print your FREE plan today!" I went through & answered all of the questions for NOTHING. At the end, when I hit 'get my plan' payment options came up immediately. Dont falsely advertise to people that something is free, make them go through all of the questions & as soon as 'get my plan' is clicked on, try to charge them.
This is the worst kind of app available. I signed up for a one-time charge of $28 and a monthly subscription of $9.99. At least that's what I thought. They started taking $61.63 + $33.11 per month. Stay away from anybody that has to trick you into a subscription.
I joined this to try to lose weight. After my initial cost, they are charging me $60.29 per month. I am on a fixed income, and cannot continue to pay this amount. Don't join! I haven't lost anything. I want to cancel my subscription, and get a refund.

Do not download this app. You will be charged for it no matter what. Getting a refund is impossible. I hadn't had a chance to use it and kept getting a month for free and was still charged.
While the original $10.49 app seems good and is helpful, apparently the company also signs you up for other "plans" that are automatically billed unless you cancel. However, they do not publicize this, so you only find out about 30 days in when they charge your payment method an additional $83+ amount! I am NOT impressed! If they need to resort to this type of misrepresentation to fund their app, do not get involved with them. Their email reply was quick, "Sorry, no refund." CHECK THEM CAREFULLY
MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED I would give it -5☆ if I could. after cancelation of the free program. and getting the cancelation email. the start trying every day at least 3-5 times a day to charge my account and for different amounts from $61 to $6 . i have tried to contact them and get nothing at all. if you have this app and ever try to leave the program, I will pray for ya.
Avoid Lasta at all costs!The company is on the BBB warning list for a reason. There are major complaints about unauthorized charges, impossible‑to‑cancel subscriptions, and hidden fees after so‑called free trials. The ad I clicked on said the chair yoga was currently free. They ask for a lot of information, then your email so that they can "send you your personalized plan." Then they ask for money with an ongoing subscription and if you don't pay, you get nothing. I don't want the whole program, just a basic chair yoga plan, written would be fine.

Starting price was $10.55 a month. I loved the app BUT I never realized you were taking out more than that in subsequent months. false advertising. 7 minutes a day is a total joke. there is also 4000 steps a day (at least for 1st day) I haven't look farther to see how much it raises. there is also 500kcal to do.
