It's the most broken app I've ever used. Anytime you open the map view it freezes. I thought it was just slow but last time it completely froze my phone for ten minutes! I couldn't exit the app, couldn't even turn off the screen. How can a basic map be so broken?

You fu*kers, said that you'll give full refund for cancelation of flight done from your end and now gave me just 189 euros out of 500 euros, scamsters, basta*ds.
terrible terrible customer service. booked a hotel recently through this app, status of booking "processing" for a week and a half. I contacted their online chat, as that's the only option of contacting them, all three times I was told it has been reserved and will receive confirmation soon. Had to make direct contact with the hotel to confirm the reservation who stated they have not received anything from this company. Had to escalate and receive refund and cancelled booking.
Definitely a scammy company! I’ll never book anything from lastminute.de again.
DO NOT BOOK LAST MINUTE FLIGHTS! they do not answer the phone or emails, Live chat just takes your round in circles without actually speaking to a human, then they reply 36 hours later after the flight has already been and gone , It is last minute flights so why is there way of contacting you at the last minute or even within 24 hours? Not any cheaper than any other website, not worth the hassle! Had to book different flights and, then wait 30 days for a refund! try skyscanner instead.
I would rate in minus if there was an option.Dont use this application if you are interested to travel somewhere.Over all very poor service. They dont even have customer service and they won't respond to emails we should directly deal with everything waste of money and time.Go for other applications. These kind of apps must be removed from playstore or app store which are kinda fake apps. Thanks.
Was good, but now with bugs. Every time I choose map view the map freezes and very slowly returns to the list view. It's a shame as I've been using it for a few weeks with no problem and even tried a new install without success.
1 fois suffira. Se renvoient la balle avec les intermédiaires à qui pourrait faire un changement, jusqu'à ce que tant de temps soit perdu qu'on n'y puisse plus rien une fois le bon interlocuteur trouvé. Je pensais me simplifier la vie en réservant avec 1 seul organisme mais c'est l'inverse. Quant au "service client," on dirait des bots en boucle plus que des humains leurs agents... Réponses standards avec politesse factice ou comment nous envoyer paître de manière passive agressive. Plu jamais !
Still a terrible app crashes all the time
**honestly do not use**. They do not cover you with atol. It has been an utter nightmare to deal with them. if you link your Google account to them (as prompted) it will change the name on your booking. This will happen after you have correctly inputted your details. At no point will the system ask you or catch this glaring error resulting in flights being booked that are unusable. Also, don't expect to get any support within the 24hr period after the purchase was made. 0/5 star.
They are fraudsters avoid! They will change your package dates till you can't go on the holiday anymore. When you ask for refund they will keep 50% stating they reserve rights or make up commissions and charges up. You will spend days on chat with them and get no where.

This is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful service applications I have ever experienced. The fees charged after cancellation are unbelievable and completely illogical. I was charged approximately 1200€ after cancelling my booking, without any clear explanation or detailed breakdown of these charges. There was absolutely no transparency regarding why this amount was deducted. I originally booked tickets for about 1900€ and requested cancellation more than 10 days in advance.
The app has so many issues. Crashes when you want to open trip details. I will never use this app ever again.
SCAM! This app is designed to book flights, but then the flights do cannot be managed changed or cancelled. Contacted airlines and the booking is not in my name.
Had a terrible 😔 experience with them. Even after 72 hrs and 96hrs there was no confirmation sent for the ticket, and money was debited. when asked there is utterly no reply. no response from customer care and on top of everything their chat is a super flop. they don't have a phone number to reach out which is a big negative. I will never be their customer again .

Never thought Checking in could be as hard as they make it. Useless app. Makes you go to the airline page and look for your flight yourself, so they do nothing. Not to mention the redirect link doesn't work. They don't do anything at all it seems.

the app was working fine until it start crashing and give an error. I am in Egipt at the moment and today I will fly back to london. no way to see boarding passes due to a crash error since yesterday. I had to ask my son in London to enter in the web site in London download the boarding passes and sent hem to me via email.
Lastminute got the money from the companies when flights are cancelled but don't give back the money to the customer... even if you ask several times they pretend to make the money transfer.. When there is no problem it's a good app but when there is something wrong be careful.

I have been trying to change my flight with Lastminute for over a month, even offering full date flexibility, yet I’m always told no flights are available. There is also no direct customer service number for flight changes. I called the only number I found and was transferred to the wrong queue every time, with no real assistance. This lack of support and clear communication is very disappointing.
nothing loads on the website, app would let me change my location so could only search from London (I am nowhere near) deleted app
Useless company. Despite all my efforts to tell them that a hotel they reserved for me were denying I had a booking, I arrived and they refused me accommodation. Then when I had to book a replacement hotel they refused to refund me the full amount. They are not a customer focused organisation. Don't expect good customer service. You won't get it

BTW the flight was more expensive than other platforms. I won't recommend last minute it was my first purchase and it will be last. I don't
Why do I have to change my language in order to see the prices in Euros? Doesn't make sense at all...
I don't like the fact that I use the UK English on my cell and automatically the currency is set to Pond Sterling. Without possibility to adapt. No way I am going to set my cellphone to my native, nor to USA language.

booked with this company and got a good deal. went to get my bank card asked to speak to the same person but got someone else and another booking cost more.I asked to cancel because I didn't need 2 they cancelled but still waiting for refund. my bank was notified. save.
