This app is hard to navigate and doesn't work. The website direct you to their help centre and then the phone number for Australia has AI to assist you and that doest work. Not customer support email. All I wanted was a vegan meal and it's impossible to order!! Very frustrated.

App makes no sense. Existing flights do not show up for booking. Instead of guiding to the next available date, it just tells you to change your search. So, I can basically change my search 100 times and still get the same nil results. Useless.
the absolute worst customer service
Wasn't able to book the flight due to a bug on the site, but they sure did take my money, instantly via pix (Brazil), and will give it back in 1-5 working days, during which, obviously, I won't be able to book my flight. Criminal!

Horrible. Led my partner to a scam link then when we tried to tell their customer services about it, they told us to try writing back to that same link. They gave no answers or support. Really unprofessional.

terrible app. it's the last thing to update with reschedules and cancellations, and the chat function is totally useless. disconnects all the time and the agents at the other end can't do anything useful when things go wrong. total waste of time.
es un robo le.engan̈an si compras dentro de colombia pagas con bancos de colombia y te dicen 500.000 y sacan 2.000.000 de tu cuenta y la respuesta a la queja es disculpe se cobro en moneda Chilena acaso vivo.en Chile y mi cue ta es de haya es un robo engan̈an y nadie response de.y si quieres cancelar no te regresan sino 300.000 y 1.700.000 se pierde acaso somos millonarios a ellos si les regresan todo y el que paga poco se lo roban que cosas tiene. cuando el que deja la plata somos los.pobres

Can't be used if your internet is not fast. Can't pay if your card is not colombian. So we fly Avianca... We don't always travel to places where internet is fast. Just use the browser if no other choice.
Fue el peor experencia con vuelos que he tenido en mi vida. La app te da actualizaciones muy tarde, y no te avisan por email cuando hay cambios en tu vuelo. Cada rato cambian la puerta, y el horario hasta que te des cuenta que ya se fue tu vuelo en otra puerta. No nos dieron reembolso, y dijeron que perdimos el vuelo de regreso por faltar la conexión. fue toda una pesadilla. Vuela mejor con otra aerolínea. Esta es pura pérdida de dinero.
Venho registrar minha insatisfação com a LATAM Airlines em relação ao meu voo de Brisbane para São Paulo. Meu itinerário tinha duas conexões, porém o segundo voo sofreu um atraso de quase 4 horas. No aeroporto de Sydney não havia nenhum balcão ou centro de atendimento da LATAM, ou seja, fiquei completamente sem suporte presencial. Tentei resolver a situação por telefone, mas os atendentes não conseguiram me ajudar e não demonstraram interesse em solucionar o problema.

Actually this is more about Latam's customer service than the application itself. Their customer service, if you can even call it that, is horrible. Long waits on hold, dealing with an automated service that doesn't work or listen, and getting disconnected more times than I want to count (and I'm 100 percent sure it wasn't my phone service because I had many other success calls the same day I called them)... It's the absolute worst. Do better Latam.
No hay como corregir una falla de la App, simplemente no resuelven. La reserva en la web de Latam muestra toda la información correctamente, pero la App muestra otra cosa. Impresentable que no resuelvan.

I've been trying to find flights for over a week and the app isn't returning any flights or prices for the selected route and date.
My experience with LATAM was not good. My flight from New Zealand to Bogotá on January 24 was canceled and no staff helped us. I lost three days and need to change my domestic flight in Colombia, but they are charging me for their mistake. The app, website, and WhatsApp don’t work and there’s no support or information.

Voo para esquecer, com uma companhia que vende assentos de janela, sem janela. Nunca mais com eles.
Não consigo pagar passagem com cartão de outro país pois não existe possibilidade de inserir o zipcode ao invés do cep. Dessa maneira, o app é inútil, pois só de ter o app instalado faz com que o site internacional (que funciona) redirecione para o app. Além disso, o tanto de etapas que é necessário passar para comprar uma passagem torna o processo muito cansativo: "quer seguro 1? quer seguro 2? quer extra 3? extra 4? Tem certeza?"
support chat is not saved, so if someone from support changes a flight for you it might not be changed at all. bad experience using latam miles system, they changed my flight back for a day earlier loosing booked attractions already payed, and hotel. uninstalling
I'm deleting it. It won't read in English. Also no way to edit my information. I marked that my passport is American, the app changed it to Colombia. There is no way to correct it. Sadly, that means I won't be flying with LATAM. This app is awful.
horrible customer service. they werent able to help me on the phone and I asked to speak with a manager and they told me I had to go to an airport in order to speak with managers as they didnt have any other lines of command at the call center.
This is the most shit app I have ever used I can't login, nor create a new account because it says I already have one with that email, not I can't regain access. it's painfully trash
Impossible to purchase tickets or make a reservation.
If you need to change your flight don't upgrade your seat...they won't refund the money for your upgrade on your original flight so you'll have to pay for two upgrades.
