It seems to work 10% of the time. A shockingly bad app. Even website fails. Even trying to log in fails and when I manage to get in, look at seating plan it fails. Tried to upgrade seat but app kept failing. IT department need replacing

Pésima. No actualiza el estado de los vuelos ni informa de la situación real. Tampoco ahorra tiempo con las tarjetas de embarque porque se deben volver a imprimir en el aeropuerto. Un total desastre!

I have spent days trying to pay for my luggage I cant even speak to an agent. the whatsapp number isn't working. I am so disgusted by Latam airlines. I have to pay at the airport and the prices are triple the amount.

Atualmente eu consigo me logar via web no laptop Win 10. Este app não me deixa mais. Recomendo fortemente imprimir o comprovante de pagamento das passagens e os bilhetes de embarque e desinstalar esse aplicativo. Um app que contém bilhetes de embarque não deveria falhar nunca!!

Absolutely terrible service on both the app and online. Attempting to buy tickets fails several times until you get lucky. And now I I can't even pay for my seat because an international airline can't fathom that an international traveler wouldn't have a Brazilian CPF number. Complete garbage of a company.

The app does not log in. After giving the password it does nothing. One time I got it to ask to send one time token to email, but putting the one time token in didn't do anything.

This app is hard to navigate and doesn't work. The website direct you to their help centre and then the phone number for Australia has AI to assist you and that doest work. Not customer support email. All I wanted was a vegan meal and it's impossible to order!! Very frustrated.

App makes no sense. Existing flights do not show up for booking. Instead of guiding to the next available date, it just tells you to change your search. So, I can basically change my search 100 times and still get the same nil results. Useless.
the absolute worst customer service
Wasn't able to book the flight due to a bug on the site, but they sure did take my money, instantly via pix (Brazil), and will give it back in 1-5 working days, during which, obviously, I won't be able to book my flight. Criminal!

Horrible. Led my partner to a scam link then when we tried to tell their customer services about it, they told us to try writing back to that same link. They gave no answers or support. Really unprofessional.

absolutely awful service, trying to book a return (open) ticket, spent 45mins already on 8 phone calls ... surely simple; name, reference, the date of return and voila ... but NO , CALLS answered then waiting 45mins then cut off. DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE... constantly on hold ... SHAME ON YOU LATAM 😳 plus English is absolutely shocking
probably the worst app and airline available.
terrible app. it's the last thing to update with reschedules and cancellations, and the chat function is totally useless. disconnects all the time and the agents at the other end can't do anything useful when things go wrong. total waste of time.
es un robo le.engan̈an si compras dentro de colombia pagas con bancos de colombia y te dicen 500.000 y sacan 2.000.000 de tu cuenta y la respuesta a la queja es disculpe se cobro en moneda Chilena acaso vivo.en Chile y mi cue ta es de haya es un robo engan̈an y nadie response de.y si quieres cancelar no te regresan sino 300.000 y 1.700.000 se pierde acaso somos millonarios a ellos si les regresan todo y el que paga poco se lo roban que cosas tiene. cuando el que deja la plata somos los.pobres

Can't be used if your internet is not fast. Can't pay if your card is not colombian. So we fly Avianca... We don't always travel to places where internet is fast. Just use the browser if no other choice.
Fue el peor experencia con vuelos que he tenido en mi vida. La app te da actualizaciones muy tarde, y no te avisan por email cuando hay cambios en tu vuelo. Cada rato cambian la puerta, y el horario hasta que te des cuenta que ya se fue tu vuelo en otra puerta. No nos dieron reembolso, y dijeron que perdimos el vuelo de regreso por faltar la conexión. fue toda una pesadilla. Vuela mejor con otra aerolínea. Esta es pura pérdida de dinero.
