Atrocious and totally unintuitive app with terrible UI and outdated instructions. Lazada says to go to “Account > Deleted Orders” to restore orders or find receipts, but the “Deleted Orders” section doesn’t even exist anymore. Wasted so much time going in circles because your instructions are wrong, and I still can’t restore deleted orders. Finding an invoice is also unnecessarily confusing. It’s hidden behind a tiny greyed out “More” button that nobody notices. No wonder it loses out to Shopee.
it's been three times I've tried and it always been intercepted. please fix this issue

My shipping address was correct when I hit "buy." Lazada changed my delivery address without my consent or any notification and it was sent there. The status was updated to "Delivered" when I don't have my package. When I reached out to customer support, they basically told me that nothing they can do. Kept repteating that they are not liable for any claims of loss if Proof of Delivery exists when it is proof that they delivered to wrong address. Wait 2 working days for a "priority" case.

the app is full of very very low quality Chinese products, and I'm not against Chinese products, I work with china and you can also find very good products there, but not on lazada, seems here they only sell the worst ones, and often photos are fake. Beside that the app also feels like a scam, everytime you try to lay with credit card and you chose not to save it, it tells you payment wasn't successful and force you to refill credit card info trying again to save your card.
it takes 1 to 3 days to withdraw refunds to my e-wallet, i complained it before for refunds, even for 1000 pesos and below. i thought lazada has better services being more expensive than shoppee. 5/6/2026 a slight improvement but withdrawals from laz wallet to gcash is still slow. Im not indonesian, so i dont understand. 🤣

This app let scammer from China to scam thai people many many case. They intend to send wrong item the lowest price to customer and reject to return but customer order and pay the highest item. This organisation is scam.... Lazada
iklan sampah bikin lelet aplikasi dipenuhi iklan, klik sedikit klaim voucher kebanyakan animasi gak penting. Belanja jadi serba lambat,over animasi gak penting. Mau aplikasi saja seribet ini ..gimana mau belanja. Aplikasi Belanja serasa main game.. sampah sampah..
tiap hari buka lazada cek promo dan produk yang mau dibeli, ngumpulin koin tiap hari. tapi pas mau dipake diskon koin dari lazada cuma 8%, 12% ga ada yang sampai 50% padahal aku sering belanja kebutuhan anak. Tolong PIC yang handle diskon koin naikin lagi prosentasenya

update: I cant longer request Einvoice, expired May 3, very frustrating , No update from Lazada since May 2 after I provided all proof you asked via email! your Einvoice system, city options is incomplete for example..there is no Seri Kembangan when you choose Selangor

Paid via online banking, but when my order was cancelled, the refund went to Lazada Wallet instead of my bank. I never even activated the wallet before, it’s ridiculous that the refund was forced into it. This feels like forcing me to use it. Please improve transparency and allow refunds back to the original payment method, especially for online banking transactions.

Customer agents have become useless and unfriendly, couriers are not following protocol, the app now just wastes data. I highly suggest swapping to shopee.
worst app. shopee is better. all delivery service in lazada is unprofessional and not taking care of things. most seller also in this app are crazy you cant even have a proper convo, all my worst experience is in this app, wrong items delivered, delay items, even the customer support here is worst. i told them to do something with coureirs but they keep giving me same courier. worst worst app ever
I gave this app 3 chances and I had enough. Everytime when the order is urgent and very important, these delivery drivers cancelled my orders. they always labeled it as "rejected by the customer" when they didn't even called or text me about my parcel, they didn't even go to our area for delivery yet they have the guts to cancel these very important orders. I am very disappointed and will just change to shoppee instead. your customer chat bot sucks too

hi yung mga driver po or delivery guy nyo po ang ginagawa po ngayon was pinipicturan yung parcel then minamark as nirefuse ni buyer yung parcel kahit di naman sila pumunta and hinde rin po nila tinatawagan yung buyer pag andoon na sila sa lugar. pacheck naman po noong issue. p.s. pinicturan po ni delivery guy yung parcel kahit wala pa siya sa sa actual location. Matagal na po siyang iniintay ng buyer!!!

First time using Lazada for shopping and actually buying something, it was terrible. The interface is confusing, the package delivery page is unclear. It doesn't show clearly the progress of delivery, I had to dig out the page to see the status of the package. My package was delayed because I didn't confirm the address in the private chat sent by the shop, which was never guided before using this. I feel it is much worse than Shoppee. Everything is confusing without firsthand guidance
flash express is taking you down. it doesn't deliver package her in my place they just return it yo seller. hope you'll look into this. thank you
