Still starting to know it
Terrible experience with this app. Multiples bugs. When you practice with AI, the avatar speaks low, for moments the app entry in delay, you speak and the app doesn't respond until several minutes. I use some AI apps but it is the worst.
totally do not get this app
The lessons are repetitive, you just have to repeat phrases instead of being able to have a real conversation with ai. I learn more speaking with chatgpt, at least i get answers that make sense and I don't have to just repeat what the ai says all the time with 0 variation.

I sent a message through their website and received no response even after a month and a half. I was able to get my money back only thanks to my bank, but a month later they charged the same amount again. Scam

Bluetooth issue still exist, even after last update. When a Bluetooth speaker is connected, the app’s audio is played through the phone speaker instead of the Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth connection itself works fine, and other apps like YouTube output sound correctly through the same speaker. The issue started a few days ago and occurs only in this app. I've tried: -restart and update my phone -update Bluetooth -unpair/pair Bluetooth device -other Bluetooth phones -Uninstall/install Lucida

I have a Samsung A52 and the loudspeaker doesn't work for me. When I click on the heart repeat button on this loudspeaker, the volume increases by 10, otherwise everything is super quiet through the headphones... How can I change this? I have everything set to 100%.

like many others have mentioned on here. The voice recognition is terrible. For example the word 'he estado' it won't recognise after 4 attempts and when I said it in English 'he' it told me "muy Bien!" a normal lesson takes 3x as much time as it should be due to this issue and it's hard to be kept motivated. I would like to request a refund for my subscription because I don't see myself using this anymore
worst app ever, poor voice recognition, logical processing and the virtual tutor can't wait for you to finish the sentence. I have requested a refund via email and on the app and got nothing, don't waste your time and money

Why is there no "persian or farsi" language in your list? It's really disappointing and annoying!
AI is very glitchy. I would pronounce the word correctly and be told that I was wrong. Sometimes the lesson would freeze at some point and I'd have to start that lesson over. I cancelled my subscription in late December and still had 4 additional payments taken out. I received an email to schedule a meeting with the app co-founder, Mustafa, so he could find out why I wanted to cancel my subscription. He never showed. I would like to be refunded for the four weeks that I didn't use the app.
