it wont teach my child anything 😔 it is so slow to teach so yeah it also is real fun to see the child do but yeah I would recommend Duolingo
Big picture its good, in the details its got significant design flaws. I'm certain that a teacher looked at the macros of this app and its philosophy and Gabe a thumbs up. But the mechanics undermine quality learning. Some of the spelling practice allows kids to spell words out of order, and letters magnetize to the right spot. it rewards blind guessing and jot learning.
It's not the worst but there was no age personalisation, gave my 9 and 4 year old same content. Very repetitive to the point they both got bored.
this app is not fun I was teaching my little sister when I saw this app I quickly installed it I thought this app was fun but is not fun at all and please add something fun to this app.
