because you have to pay 139.99 for a month well ain't that ridiculous

i don't like this apps, and it want let you unsubscibe
The update messed up my child's progress. She was supposed to be learning the letter C, which was and is level 22 under both the old and new versions. The update caused her to revert back to level 9 and lose books. I reached out to support who gave me a generic, unhelpful response, and said they added levels and some levels changed. Clearly, that's not the issue here. Support takes a long time to respond and is unhelpful. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
not free, glitches
I just hate this app 😭
it wont allow you to download on computer desktop :(
because because I don't like it.
not free
I would give zero if I could. I cancelled this several times now, kept getting charged. I emailed them last month yet again and they said they cancelled it again on their end and gave me a refund. I just got charged again. Went back through my bank statement and they only returned part of my money last month and just charged me again this month. How dishonest can you be? Take my payment info out of your system. I had considered coming back at some point for my other child but not now!
My 2 & 4 YO struggled to use it with adult assistance. Both found the lessons long. Sitting through 1 lesson didn't happen in 1 sitting. We tried it for nearly a month & they did not enjoy getting on to use it at all. The biggest reason I'm rating this so low is the customer service is nonexistent. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee & they will respond within 24-72 hours. I reached out, received an automated reply, & waited 6 days. Never got my money back. Feels like a scam.
Absolutely terrible!!! Very hard to follow and customer support (money back guarantee) is nonexistent!
It's supposed to be free when they only offer a 7 day free trial
They charge you for a full year even if you cancel. It's not a great learning tool.
money scam. if you charge for a service be upfront. don't make people provide lots of info then rug pull.
I downloaded and it required to choose a payment method.I tried to use Telecel Cash and MTN MoMo but it's not working.I don't have a credit card please. So what do I do?
this is terrible I want to cancel this0 prescription because I put my credit info for my grandson and my email info and it went straight to my daughter in laws and she doesn't have a password...when it should of went to my email because it is my credit card and not hers...so we can't access it...so I am trying to cancel it...how do I do that... I purchased a full year's subscription, but a month later, I'm already regretting it. It turns out that this direct method of instruction, in addition to requiring extensive parental intervention (which I'm not averse to), is not suited for learners with attention issues. I'm working with identical twin three-year-olds, one who makes steady progress with help and the other who cannot sit through even part of a single lesson. It is painful to watch. Also.. the audio prompts are WAY too quiet.
I'm not willing to pay for something until I see how it works
well my daughter is never going to learn the end of the alphabet with how the song always glitches near the end. we get to about P everytime then it stops working. otherwise she's doing good.
The app was working perfectly. I paid for the full year. The past several weeks, the videos won't load and after several emails to support I received a basic reply back. I will update my review if the problem gets fixed
