Customer Service is useless. They cannot provide the help you need, tried reaching out multiple times still my concern was not properly addressed.

Má experiência com a app e com o serviço dado que é no mínimo, duvidoso. Fiz uma encomenda com pick up em loja prevista para 29/9 e continua a aparecer como estando em trânsito mas a app não tem qualquer opção de desistência de encomenda ou opção para pedir reembolso. Qualquer plataforma de compras online que se preze tem opção de desistência e ou reembolso que aparece automaticamente em casos de atrasos. Não recebi informação até agora, mas claro, o dinheiro já saiu da minha conta.

I placed an order through the Lefties app, only to have it cancelled shortly after because the items were "out of stock." Despite this, the amount was still held from my bank account. The worst part? I was told the hold won’t be released for 30 days - for an order I didn’t even receive! This is completely unacceptable. Holding my money for a month over unavailable items is not only bad service, it's unfair. I expected better from a known brand like Lefties. Please fix your app’s stock system.
It's mentioned that orders take from 2 to 4 days to be delivered, I ordered a week ago and it still hasn't been delivered. I emailed and messaged the company that my order is delayed and I'm travelling out of the country so I have to collect my order before I leave and there is no proper response to this urgent matter.

They don't deliver on time and the customer support is rude and unhelpful. I ordered 2 items for store pick up at the time of placing the order it says pick up in 1 to 2 days but 3 days after also there is no movement in the order. Very disappointing.

للأسف تجربه غير موفقه. من المفترض الطلب استلمه من المتجر يوم 18/7 و انتظرنا الايميل للتأكيد ان الطلبيه وصلت للفرع المراد الاستلام منه ولكن للأسف لم يصل الايميل. و ذهبنا للفرع للسؤال ان كان الطلبيه وصلت ام لا وكانت الاجابه ب لا. و تم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وأفاد ان الطلبيه موجوده بالفرع!!! أخبرته ان الفرع أبلغني بأنه لم تصل الطلبيه!!!! ومازلنا نبحث حتى الآن عن مصير هذا الطلب البائس
Their products are very low in quality, I purchased many pieces that did not even stand for one week and got torn, regret to pay money for such cheap quality.

Deceiving, got 2 orders canceled after 15 days due to insufficient stock. If you need 2 weeks to check your stock, something is really wrong with your system.
لا أنصح بالطلب ، قمت بطلب 12 قطعة وانتظار الطلب بما يقارب اسبوعين دون شحنه وتم التواصل مرارًا لكن دون جدوى ، ويوميًا يتم إلغاء قطع من طلبي بحجة نفادها من المخزون وهذا يعني سوء إدارة الطلبات وعدم المصداقية وخداع الزبون بالعروض ، إلى أن وصل مجموع عدد القطع الملغية 7 قطع من أصل 12 ومن ثم شحنه بعد طول انتظار
I made an order 10 days ago and didn't receive a single email regarding when it will arrive, and as stated in the app, it should have arrived already, I already sent multiple emails and no one responded, I also tried contacting them through the app and it did not work...
After placing my order,7 out of 11 items was claimed that they were out of stock!!This was my 1st and last time to order from your app.

App moves too slow. Images don't correspond to what products look like. Quality of products is worse online, than in the store. Size guide doesn't correspond to real garment size. It's best to go check items with your own eyes.
