horrible, a few weeks ago it kept saying "your offline" blah blah, so I uninstall and reinstall, NOTHING! EVEN WHEN I TRY TO SIGN INTO MY COMPANY AND SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT IT GOES BLANK AND WHITE!! This is horrible and nothing is being done. I'm trying to not lose my job, and im worried I might and it will be all this apps fault.
this app has not let me log into my account for work in over a week now. I have tried reinstalling it, updating it, forcing it stopped and everything. this is is unacceptable please fix this because I cannot even clock in or out for work, nor see my schedule. update they told me to contact customer service and I did twice and still haven't heard back
app opens and then closes I can't even see my schedule anymore it's b.s
it was working great for the last couple of months, but now for the last few days I haven't been able to get it to load. I've tried restarting my phone, turning wifi on then off. nothing is working
the app signed me out by itself and now it wont load at all for me to log in I have 2 days worth of pay that should be able to move over but I cant even log in to access it now it refuses to use my Google sign in and does nothing when I put in my actual login info I tried all day yesterday to get ahold of someone to help me fix it its mostly Ai powered and gives dumb answers so far this app has been very unreliable and now I haven't been getting daily pay im stuck with 0 money until payday
it won't send me the text message to very my number and pull from my check. I've tried multiple working numbers, absolutely terrible
I'm not sure how this app has a 4.7 star rating because as I scroll through reviews I see a bunch of 1-3 star reviews. this app is not intuitive at all. if you want to see your schedule for the week it's a multi step process that makes no sense. 6/13/26 update it now sucks even more, you can't see your schedule for the day only your coworkers, you have to go into the store option to see your schedule. who works on this?
I'm not getting paid or my account is paused or disabled even tho my account has my bank account and everything in it
Horrible service. Instant Pay is not instant by any means. Even if your shift has been approved through Legion Console by a manager and sent directly to Legion, somehow they haven't received it and give it 24 hours to post. That's not instant, that's garbage.
won't let me sign in at all and when i click help it says i have no internet connection when I do.
secound time this has happened to me i made all the right punches but it clocked me in a secound time so it messed my hours up fix this then i have to ask my manager to fix my time fix ya app
instant pay worked one time. now it says updating in progress to check back in a week that's been 2 weeks ago.THIS APP STOLE MY WAGES. IM GETTING A ATTORNEY! YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH IT!
