Wait tubes are grossly inaccurate.
There should be more options of things to do while you are there. every time I click a link it gives me an option to buy tickets. I already have tickets I want park info!! The app needs work.
Wait times are not accurate at all. For example a 5 minute wait reported for the block party had already been over 30 at the time of this review, still not on the ride.
The app is fine... But New York is the worst Legoland out of the three we've been to (Florida, Billund, New York) by far. If you are thinking of taking your family to the New York Legoland, take the cash and set it on fire... It'll be a more effective use.
Legoland is such a rip off. Insufficient staffing at most rides, two of which have shut down today alone. Wouldn't be worth a $10 ticket, let alone what they charge. Today is absolutely our last visit.

I saw all of the comments about this app being useless but downloaded it anyway for a recent visit to Legoland NY. Yep -- it's practically useless.
The App is useless for line times. You need to × 4 whatever it says. Also, when rides are temporarily closed. It will still list wait times. So you walk over to them and waste time.
Ultimately pretty useless. Wait times pretty inaccurate. Can't make restaurant reservations. Feedback survey is a joke. Activity planner is also a joke. Even map utility just gets you to the first roundabout. Just use Google maps directly for a more accurate destination.
You're better off with the paper map because this app is useless! Wait times are inaccurate, app load time takes forever, and there are no menus for the restaurants.
App interface requesting DOB is horrible
No idea if the app is good as it requires birth date at first open. There is no way to type it in, and scrolling back month by month at my age will take me too long...
Don't believe any of the times reported in the app. They have not figured out how to keep it updated. The app also does not show any information about the park unless you are in the park. You want to know what rides are open or what wait times are - your won't be able to. The app will only show you if you are in the park. So far everything about this Legoland from pricing to opening dates to honoring season tickets to the way their app works screams of corporate greed. Way to fail miserably.

It was just the app that caused the trouble.
app is confusing to use
It works well enough but is severely lacking in many ways. Every time something comes up, reserving a time for the water playground, ordering food, or paying for parking it just opens up to a website instead of working in the app which raises the question of "why did I download this thing?"
