So I been using them for a while things were great, came last Saturday sent 1320 Dollars transfer successful but money never got delivered that was 4 days.. Called them and asked will I get money back, was told she cannot answer the question.. basically a fraud at this point.. but don't worry I'm making my mission they won't scam anyone again.. Starting with filing a formal fraud complaint with Canadian Anti Fraud then FINTRAC then I will put a negative reviews all over online with receipts

They seem to hold your money for hours-or even days-which honestly feels like a scam. It takes less than 5 seconds to deposit money from a bank account into a LemFi account, but withdrawals can take hours, sometimes even days. 😅 If you try contacting customer service, no one responds. Even after sending multiple emails, I haven’t received a single reply.
This is what you get when Nigerian establishment fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. The only reason this guy's are still in business is simply because there isn't much competition in the fin-tech industry. these clowns shut down my acct, stated that debit card didn't have sufficient funding...LIES yall tell; okay fix the issue...been waiting since Thursday 4/30/26. Damn there, takes 2 business day to get any correspondence from them.

Totally Unsatisfied I sent money 3 days ago it's still in progress. when I complained, they said banks are closed when banks are open the whole day, still its showing in progress, and now their support service is not responding to my mail.
Scamming the people, Worst application I've ever used, didnt transfer the amount its more than 6 days now, first experience was bad but I tried 2 nd time its the same they dont transfer the money and they dont listen, customer service is the worst you cannot call them, I have more than 10 friends sending money from this application I'll stop them all if the issue didn't resolve, as a reply they are lying, they didnt call me, not transferring money, not taking action, not giving refund
I am sending my money UK to India may 2 nd morning 7.30 am in UK time today date is 4th may still I am not received my money in inr I call so many times in lemfi customer care and I race ticket as well nobody respond to me now what can I do I don't understand is 1100 pouns
payment delay happens some times and support teem will manage that weekend will process late and weekdays will process slow worst app ever I used this app is not processing transactions during weekends if transaction done that will be gold your transaction no use of these waiting long time own bank remitance is best instead of using this app.
Horrible Services. absolutely not recommended
Extremely poor and frustrating experience with LemFi. I sent money to India and it has been stuck “in process” for over 2 days with absolutely no proper update or explanation. I even tried to cancel the transaction, but that also didn’t work. Customer support is slow, unresponsive, and completely unhelpful. I sent cash for a hospital need and the loss I suffered due to not receiving the money on time is indescribable. Therefore, never trust people like this and send money.
Wanted to set up savings account. just won't allow me. Says only one possible. But this would be the first. Very frustrating.
opened account to open savings account, no option to create savings account, added money in case needed money to be present before being able to add savings account, still can't create savings account and move money in to it
Used to be a reliable money transfer app, but things have gone downhill. Transfers now have fees and take hours instead of minutes. The past two months have been frustrating-my latest transfer has been stuck ‘in progress’ for over 12 hours. This was my last time using this app. Switching back to Remitly.
