I thought they were going to give me money I paid subscription for nothing. never again because I really need the money right now
they don't a damn thing but offer what you have already been offered by 100 other sites but they also tell you free trial then never say what their monthly charges are then all of a sudden you get charged 31.99 and then you contact them to cancel before the time is up and to get them to stop charging your account and the tell you to contact a different customer service # so you do and they say to contact the people that just sent you to them. Both you have to do the other one or I won't get done

this was terrible it's just like they said and I'm willing to sue because it doesn't matter if you didn't get an off if I want to cancel it should be able to cancel but instead we're stuck with this like no thats a violation and will be reported as such of my stuff don't get deactivated

If you have terrible credit, no one will loan you anything, which is understandable because if you have bad credit, then why loan you anything? App primarily wants to funnel your information to other sites, that's about it. I highly don't recommend it.

had forgotten my main account and since my social is connected to it, I can't make a new one. when I sent a message with support about it, they're telling me they can't do anything about it. Don't download this app if you ever encounter that or trying to get a loan, you'll not get help. what a scam. stay away!!
I can't use the account because my social security number is bound to a different account. they say there's nothing they can do about it

it's apparently just a scam to get your data since I've tried multiple times to borrow but its always "external offers" which I'm guessing they earn money off of.
I have applied for a loan numerous times and never one time actually received a loan...I have even received offers upon opening the app or in push notifications offering me a free three day subscription trial and telling me if I accept it, I will get an instant $200 advance...I accepted the offer but still never received an advance...I'm starting to think this app is a joke... UPDATE: I have reached out to customer service, they say investors decide who to fund...That's always the only response.
DOOOO NOT just delete this app. GO TO MENU, DEACTIVATE, THEN CHECK EMAIL (SPAM FOLDER TOO) for ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST. If you don't do this, they continue to sell your info. This is NOT a loan app. It's a personal info mining app and you will get NOTHING but a deleted email and a changed phone number. This app is extremely misleading. REPORT TO GOOGLE AND FTC. If you haven't already, DONT INSTALL THIS APP AND DONT GIVE IT ANY OF YOUR DATA. It's predatory data mining, nothing more, nothing less
I wasn't able to use app because they don't accept cashapp as a bank account.

worthless! you cant borrow money here. They send out your info to other loan companies, and they send it out again! Dont fall for this BS!
it asked to pay for a subscription just to tell me they will let me know when a lender is available they will let me know not what I expected but I'm trying to see if this app is legit so far I'm feeling like it might be shady but if it work I will change my review
no real lenders. but has sign up for different levels of subscriptions. if I could give a negative I would. please don't waste your time

Scripted response from customer service refusing to delete my personal information and blocking account deletion I will be filing complaint with CFPB, BBB.

I haven't been able to even get a loan or an advance at all.So it hasn't been very good experience with this app.I guess people pick and choose on who they want to help and who they don't want to
do not use! you pay for the subscription just to have outside lenders deny you while you wait and hope someone will fund you. all the while you are paying for their subscription. they make money while you lose it with nothing to show

so, it's like this... I was approved for a loan was trying to set everything up error message kept saying "ss number not found or is incorrect" reached out to customer support Sarah basically acted like I was stupid and acted like I was not putting in the right ss number 🙄🫣 anyhow, she said that the security verification dept has to take care of it, not lenme! I asked her to put me in touch with them, she refused. they only help with whoever they want too! this company is 💩

useless app. and it is weird that I cant close, or deactivate my account or cancel my subscription and yet the app seems to glitch whenever I attempt to cancel the loan request.
I would not recommend this app I have had a request for a loan for over a week with no luck i feel like I wasted my money for a subscription for a app that is not worth it I personally i am starting to believe this app is a scam to get you to pay for a subscription without giving you a loan so do not download this app unless you want to give your money away without anything in return

I would give it zero stars if I could. I paid the subscription...was told I am approved for $200 but when I click on accept it takes me to a "personalized offer" page. pretty much lenme stole my lil $15 membership fee.
absolutely scammed. i had 3 day trial with instructions that I would receive internal or external loans , 2 weeks go by received 2 offers and when I clicked them it brought me to a page with no offers. only reason I continues subscription was bcuz I was low on funds and needed a loan until payday. the took my money and never gave me a single offer which was accessible. false advertising and truly hope they will refund me. smh. do better lenme
doesn't really provide loans, just an app that sends your data out to loan officers without telling you first ✔️
After subscribing and entering more info than I'd ever be comfortable with because I'm desperate, instead of being a loaner, they are another base to share your information. Looked legit until it didn't.
