I used lensa when it first went viral years ago and it was great. how it is that after years of ai improvements it's become less accurate and basically puts a stretched out version of my face in a bag costume now is beyond me. the old model used to make a genuine attempt to put my face into the requested style. but this, like dlss5, attempts to doctor my face into someone else then puts a bad wig on it. I want my money back. the save money used to buy larger packs too.

it's keeps reminding me to sign in and use lensa or my account will be deleted I'm signed in and have used it and if my subscription gets cancelled I better get refunded is all I have to say

UPDATED 2026: I have purchased the yearly subscription, which was around $40.00, I believe. On top of that, you have to purchase AI images every time you use it. They usually cost between $5.99 and $7.99. It just depends on how many. I have purchased over 9,600 images from their AI, and I can honestly say that maybe 50 of the images are actually useful. As someone who has wasted hundreds, if not thousands of dollars already, save your money. Even the photo editor isn't that great.
The entire system and experience ruined within a year. Forces you to a pay-wall for a weekly subscription now rather than providing options on how many photos you wish to generate like before (cost dependent on photo package selected).
Payment was deducted, but the expected features were not delivered. The app gave the impression that each yearly renewal includes 2000 avatars, however no avatars were provided after renewal. I contacted Lensa support by email and have not received a response. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to request a refund through Google Play. KINDLY CLARIFY

can't even test without a credit card. junk. (repsonse) every single day companies are losing lawsuits because they were hacked and people's info got out. not putting in a credit card to try something.
Every picture looked incredibly fake.

i like this but this have not free
used to be a great and fun app... now its trash and they not even trying to make it better... anybody know any better apps like how Lensa used to be?
