Only allowed to save one photo a day in free mode. Awful.

Subscribed only to find the app still isn't letting me use the icons at base of screen, everything still remains greyed out. 6 quid down the pan

I used lensa when it first went viral years ago and it was great. how it is that after years of ai improvements it's become less accurate and basically puts a stretched out version of my face in a bag costume now is beyond me. the old model used to make a genuine attempt to put my face into the requested style. but this, like dlss5, attempts to doctor my face into someone else then puts a bad wig on it. I want my money back. the save money used to buy larger packs too.

the app doesn't let you do anything before you are not making a subscription, not even the 7 days trial allows me as I'm being charged lol.

it's keeps reminding me to sign in and use lensa or my account will be deleted I'm signed in and have used it and if my subscription gets cancelled I better get refunded is all I have to say

This app use to be the best photo editor out there. Every change they have made to this app has made it worse and worse. They just removed the art style feature and its basically like a Google photo editor now. Not worth the money. I probably won't be renewing after 4 years.
