Very disappointing experience with Lenskart. I purchased spectacles worth ₹3599 on 2 Jan 2026, and within a few months the frame broke without any misuse. The staff at Jalaram Manglam, Hingna Road, Nagpur refused to properly inspect it, said the warranty doesn’t cover this issue, and behaved very unprofessionally. Poor product quality and terrible after-sales service. Completely dissatisfied.

Purchased spectacles from Lenskart and the frame got damaged within 2 months under normal use. Customer support response was not satisfactory and my review is not appearing in the product section. Sharing my genuine experience so others can decide carefully before buying.

Always difficult to connect with customer support. Rather never gets customer care . IVR keeps on asking .. disgusting
worst experience with the app. always showing "session not valid" and only once the order was delivered ages ago, otherwise it always get canceled. what's the use of creating this app if you're not going to deliver. rubbish!
the service is getting worse day by day. what is the point of advertising one day delivery when in reality its a 4 day delivery.

writing about Balagere lenskart. worst customer service, worst guys inside. they don't explain the various ways to opt all services that lenskart providing. The service girl broke the glass in my frame and saying Ma'am u came with broken leans. when i ordered 8 pairs of glasses for 4 members in our home, she wanted 4 registered numbers to order and finally made me to register a new no, and paid membership price as well..later I got to know it's wrong way to place order. Never go thre.

The Product Quality is good however i found the pricing system is terrible because i bought the phonic specs from Lenskart the original price was 150SGD but when i checked the grab pay the installment become to 500SGD, even though i paid for the original price for product. What kind of business is this where the customer as to pay three times more than the actual price. This needs answers and fix this problem.

Very pathetic experience with Lenskart. We ordered 3 spectacles in January 2026 but still haven’t received them. Even after multiple store visits and complaints to customer care, there is no proper solution. The store keeps saying the order is “delivered,” which is completely false. Now they have stopped responding to calls, messages, and emails as well. Feels like our money and order are gone. Extremely disappointing service and support. Please be careful before ordering.

would give 0 stars but it doesn't exist. The agent that came to my house gave me the wrong prescription and the useless gold subscription. The first two pairs of glasses that I received had the wrong lenses and I had to go to their store 5 km away from my home. One of the glasses even had a very bad frame. I ordered another pair and I received them today. One frame is fine but the other is bad. I am done. Never shopping from here again.

one of the worst specs company literally they are cheating .I went to buy an glass for my wife they scammed us in an every possible way .they didn't even showed the all plans .just showed the costliest index plan and forced us to buy the plan in the offline plan.
