the app doesn't work properly I'm ordering power glasses from hustle membership within minutes I'm cancelled my order but still not received my full refund,,membership charges 199 not returned. now I want to exchange my frame but not properly working the app and chatting with WhatsApp was also headache again and again showing the same problem not solved the issue. the frame is given me headache not comfortable at all. l really want to exchange the frame but disappointed 😞☹️

NO Star - A BIG👎🏻 Absolutely disappointed. As a 4-year loyal customer with multiple purchases, I expected better. My order's delivery date has been postponed repeatedly without any clear communication. Lenskart values sales but seems to forget customers after payment. This is the worst service I've experienced from the brand. If this is how loyal customers are treated, it's time to look for better alternatives.

Dear Support Team, I am writing to demand an immediate reversal and credit of my LK+ Cash, which was incorrectly debited on 26th June during a failed attempt to order contact lenses. The order was never placed, yet my LK+ Cash balance was deducted. It has now been over two days, and the balance has still not been returned to my account. Since no transaction took place, there is absolutely no reason for Lenskart to withhold these funds. Please credit the full amount of LK+ Cash back to my accoun

Owner /ceo goes to sharl tank teaching and investing in other company and can't think of simple process people pay trusting brand and what they get rude staff and 3rd class product purchased specks of around 6k around jan with in 6 month it became so stiff I can't even close and lastly broken now somehow I got exchange approved but for that I have to submit and wait 5 days with no backup spect totally lost the trust local vendor are better than these scammer

Bad experience. App hang at payment. My payment went through as confirmed by the bank but app still shows order on hold and to make payment first. Reached out to customer service 5x over 2 days, nothing resolved, always giving me the same answer, to wait patiently. Next day delivery? I think it's no delivery forever.

i bought 4 specs and it comes with free basic blu lenes but the sales person said I have to pay extra for basic blu lenses and I will only get only anti glare lenses and when i check online it show free blu lenses

Worst lenses I've ever purchased
probably one of the worst app to order. after ordering if you initiate exchange they will heckle you to end of the earth. they don't even know what kind of products they are delivering.
Very poor delivery service. The delivery process was disappointing, and the service was not professional. I faced unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I hope they improve their service in the future.
