tras actualizarla ha dejado de funcionar
do not have your kitchen installed by them. took us 11 months to get it nearly finished. could not finish is as did not have a part .thankfully we knew how to sort it at our cost
Aujourd'hui, je suis allée changer un filtre à eau, mais j'ai finalement décidé de le rapporter. La façon dont ils nous ont traités, comme si nous étions des voleurs, était inadmissible. Si quelqu'un parle bien anglais ou espagnol, je peux lui raconter toute l'histoire. Je suis très déçue car aucun membre du personnel n'est capable d'expliquer le fonctionnement du magasin aux étrangers comme moi. No estoy feliz, Hice un pedido a través de la aplicación, me cobraron 782 libras y me devolvieron el dinero por falta de stock 5 días después. Luego, pagué 782 libras más. He pagado 782 libras dos veces y he recibido un reembolso de 34 euros. Ahora mismo, Leyroy Merlin me debe 782 libras; simplemente no les importa.

Comprei há mais de 3 semanas online algum item e ainda estou à espera dele. não é um bom serviço.
Terrible experience, and disgraceful customer attitude. You will be left in a limbo should you require post sale product assistance, left alone should you be pursuing a warranty claim. They promise you "to call back" and "contact within 24-48 hours" and "handle this with a top priority", all of which never happens. Good luck being left with thousands of dollars or Euros in paperwork, think twice before risking.
Very disappointed. Two main issues for me. 1. It restricts access because I use a VPN. In today's world where everyone from government to banks, etc are telling us about internet safety, this app is trying to circumvent my safety. 2. As a non-Portuguese speaker (sorry) I need to be able to copy text and use Google translate. I can do this on the internet but not on the app. Very frustrating. I now find myself after a seeing company's name going to their website to purchase.
Not a reliable site. constantly canceling orders but listing is still available to buy. canceled twice on the same order a month later.
This is a rip off site...I am currently trying to resolve a serious issue with one of their " business partners" i have asked for help many times only to be told it is not their problem...I should have stayed with Amazon...as this issue was always a priority for them ..where as the responses from this company have been pathetic and unhelpful..I am currently 100s of pounds out of pocket...with no were to resolve this problem...simply if they do not want to control their own app why use them.!?

Catastrophique: impossible de se connecter et plantages. Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 11. Les versions ultérieures à 8.41.4 plantent instantanément y compris la version 9.7.1. Il est impossible de se connecter avec la dernière version qui marche 8.41.4.

I bought 1 box of tiles over 30 mins ago. I was told I didn't need to show my ticket and 20 mins later a lady asked if we had a ticket which we had to show her to get our product. when we finally got the tiles they were broken and had to get another box. it was very slow and badly organised.
What a joke company. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers. I brought 4 packs of upholstery tacks, and they then take my money but don't send the products. I bet you if I stole off them, they would call the police but they can do it and get away with it. 1st and last time I will ever shop with them. I will delete my account and go to a more reliable shop. Costarama has never let me down. no wonder under 2 stars on trustpilot.

This App is one of the worst I have ever used have tried opening an account with them 5 times now keeps getting kicked out. I only want to buy from them not steal the crown Jewels.. Why do theses companies make things so difficult. Even trying to change my password is a major event then telling me after 3mins I was timed out.. L.D.Unstead
You may get someone knowledgeable in your search but having ordered & paid, it goes sideways. You are told it will be 2 deliveries on a certain date. The 1st comes 4 days early & the 2nd 4days after the date stated. The current which I have waited 9 days for shows no sign of arriving. How can you arrange workmen when the materials do not arrive & they can't tell you when it might. Horrible service & delivery isn't cheap either. Tried to save with delivery "a pie de la calle" but impossible.
Było wszystko dobrze w appce i nagle wprowadzili jakieś durne zmiany w programie lojalnościowym, że zamiast punktów przyznają ci osobne vouchery za każdą transakcję. Voucherów nie da się połączyć i musisz dzielić zakupy na tysiąc osobnych transakcji i znowu za każdą z nich przychodzi osobny groszowy voucher. I tak w kółko. Jak można było wpaść na coś tak bezsensownego?! Appka na 5+, ale za ten program z voucherami minus 10
