It should not be the customer’s obligation to track down a digital proof of purchase for the digital merchant which provides a digital service and who should have the digital record on their end. This is a scam company now.

I bought a three-month bronze membership. After I bought it, they notified me that it was no longer valid in China and offered to refund my money. I applied for a refund and the refund was successful, but they haven't refunded my money after a month!

Degrading my review to 1-star - I cannot even access the app to process the refund now, so the "freeze time" feature I activated previously is now completely pointless. Please leave a contact for refunds to be processed, enough excuses.
I bought a premium subscription to LetsVPN last year, expecting a reliable service, but the experience has been really disappointing. After six months of use, the VPN simply stopped working in China around April and hasn’t been usable since. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. To make things worse, the prices have increased, but the performance hasn’t improved, it’s gotten worse. It feels like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually needs consistent performance.
Works in China no more. Dowgrading to 1 star now as this company has also scammed me. I asked for a refund on a full year membership as the VPN no longer works. They have granted it, removed my membership and never actually returned my money. Stay away. An actual scam!

i'm sorry but even they offer a refund, i can't even request my refund because it only support alipay-user refund, i paid with google play, and now i can't even ask for a refund, is there any chance for google play-user to have a refund as well?

Before it was working fine. But nowadays I couldn't even open any apps. Calls getting disconnected. I am unable to do any work. Unable to communicate with my family. Please try to fix this issues as soon as possible.
Paid VPN, disappointing experience.
Issues when I first signed up for it. I paid double. It didn't work in China. They said they are issuing refunds. Now getting a runaround saying they can't offer a refund because I bought on the play store. They can only issue refunds for those that bought on Alipay. I will never use them again and strongly advise others to do the same.
They notified for price increase, then after receiving payments suspend service for China users, and for others traffic became really slow. Completely disappointed
Scam, the service doesn't work, I've been waiting for a refund for weeks already.
I bought this for China. I understand that there service has been terminated and I understand why this is out of their control. But despite being eligible for a refund it is being denied. They are saying they cannot issue it because it was done through Play Store and Google are saying it is outside their policies. The lack of responsibility is painful.

I subscribed to Premium for a year and have been using it since October 2025 in China. It was generally good during that time, but since April 8, 2026, it has crashed repeatedly and become very unreliable, no longer working on Windows. I tried contacting them many times, but the problem wasn't resolved, and today, May 1st, it stopped working completely. The customer service is truly poor, and the offer is below expectations.

SCAM. Been using this app for almost year now. Still have 120+ days to this date. And now VPN has ton of problems in China. Got adviced to switch to Hong Kong server, still broken...I did request a refund and they did not respond to me for almost 4 hours now. Beware.

It can work in China, but I hope it allows me to connect more devices. Edit: they terminated the service in China and I bought a whole year of service from them.
don't even try l. horrible customer service. they deducted my money for a subscription and they had an issue with their servers. so i contacted the customer support and they kept on sending automated copy paste solutions. try different ones.

This VPN has become very unreliable. It disconnects frequently and doesn’t work properly anymore. Even with a stable internet connection, it keeps dropping, which makes it very frustrating to use, especially when you need it for important tasks.

It's terrible. I subscribed for a year to study in China. The VPN frequently crashes and is under maintenance. I'd be better off finding another reputable provider
