I bought this VPN before leaving for China, but it doesn't work at all in China, and I've been in China for almost three weeks and it still doesn't work. the small problem that i have right now and when i ask online services to help they don't have any solution of it they just say that they don't have any guaranteed effectiveness of the product when used within China i know that but i don't want to hear that i just ask for your help or solution to fix it not to refund or guarantee just for your help.if you can't fix the small problem like this don't put online services it so funny or angry with the answer from your worker.

Suddenly the number of regions available has decreased dramatically. I purchased premium membership in order to use a German server while abroad, this option is now gone, without any prior notice. Very disappointed

Misleading experience. Bought the Platinum Plan because it was advertised to work in China, but it stopped working when I arrived. Wasted money and caused major inconvenience during my business trip. Requesting an immediate refund.

The VPN that never connects. I got a premium subscription for a trip to China. It never worked, no matter the Wi-Fi network, no matter the selected country. Constant error messages or stuck at zero speed. I've never had such a poor experience with a VPN.
TWO MONTHS LATER STILL NO REFUND AND NO FOLLOWUP FROM LETSVPN AS PROMISED 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER PROCESSED THE PROMISED REFUND THEY AGREED TO. MY CARD EXPIRED ON APRIL 2026. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND? I HAVE EMAILED AND CHATTED SUPPORT AT LEAST 10X. THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS OVER THE PROMSIED REFUNDS.

EDIT: Original review edited and below. I did all things LetsVPN says in their response. Did not work. Could not even ask for refund when in China. Their AI bots are ineffective. Totally dissatisfied with LetsVPN. 500 characters gone... This app is virtually unusable in China. Additionally support is very slow to respond. Sometimes cannot access support through the app while in China. Most support is AI generated but the bots have not been trained. Bought QingShan VPN and worked fine in China.
Very unstable to use in China. Auto-select does not help as it keeps changing servers constantly.

A scam. They closed their operations in China and made the refund request process incredibly convoluted and tedious so as to discourage a lot of subscribers from even attempting to go through it. I just uninstalled the app and gave up on even requesting a refund for the 74 days of active subscription I still had.
Well, it was my go to VPN for traveling. then it decided to stop working in China 99% of the time. if I didn't have an alternative I'd be stuck without a VPN. One star. a one star I'm leaving using ExpressVPN. unless it magically starts working again flawlessly. it's staying there. waste of platinum...

Works in China no more. Dowgrading to 1 star now as this company has also scammed me. And here I am editing my review again。You have still scammed me. You have refunded my new one year subscription that didn't even kick in yet but, also removed my current sub that had over 150 days on it without any compensation or explanation. How is that not a scam? Oh and it took them more than two months to refund after multiple draining support negotiations. They are counting on people just giving up.
Doesn't work in China. Update: still doesn't work on China - waste of money. By customer service you mean the useless chat bot, right?! 😅 No surprise you're dealing with spiking refund calls - it doesn't deliver. ofc I'm running the latest version.

installed the app and before I even used it. the free trial expired. their in app support is AI and not helpful. you have to do this lottery system to get another free trial. uninstalling.

As soon as i paid for a yearly subscription. They shut the whole system. I applied for refund a month ago, and havent heard back from them. Now the customer service also disappeared . This is the biggest VPN scam of the decade .
