The fact that this app _still_ nukes everything you wrote if you go to another app for one second makes me so mad I can barely think. And it gives you a little fake out "continue editing" message just to give you false hope that it saved your review, but it didn't. It never does.
I can't open my letterboxd. It's not working, fix your bugs.
light mode isn't available for androids, which really sucks when you have poor vision.

Udah lama gabuka app tiba2 sign out aja, trus pas sign in ulang katanya credential don't match mulu, padahal username sama pw udah saya catat dan benar, jadi akun saya hilang gitu aja

It's 2026, how can an app be this bad? it's super laggy, clunky, doesn't respond to clicks half the time. Did a group of high schoolers make it?

please, please, please give my sharp corners back, literally all the apps I know are shifting to this stupid trend, up until recently when you guys didn't change it I was really happy using this app but now the magic is gone 😞 At least give an option to use sharp corners and please make a light mode for us light mode enthusiasts. thanks 👍
Just did the update. Everything is smaller and harder to see. I hate it.
Good luck trying to create an account on your app. I had to go to my local library to log onto a computer just to create an account to sign into on my phone. Ridiculous. The uber to get there and back cost me over $45! Sent the bill to Letterbox and they've yet to reply.
Very very unoptimized app with constant crashes (as worse as Goodreads if not more).
for all its worth, cannot give a passing grade till they figure out how to add shows and series onto the platform. they market it as the one place to keep track of all of your watch history dammit; then fix the gaping hole in your pitch.
I started using this app when it was still exclusively movies. Now it is incredibly selective with the TV shows it chooses to list. Besides that the top 500 is dominated by live performances. Everyday this app becomes more pointless
terrible app to use and ridiculously slow
i love this app but the WORSE thing is there is so many bugs, i already add it to watchlist but after i checked again there is not there, and there is several bugs again but im too lazy to type it.
There’s a problem with this app. I can’t find my account-it disappeared a month after I installed it. This has happened twice now, and I’m fed up. Signing up and logging in is very difficult. It’s confusing and doesn’t work properly. The app is good, but it’s not working well. If you fix these issues, it will really help.
I'm glad I have this app and I love using the service but there is a pretty glaring lack of a feature I consider very basic and necessary which is to save drafts of reviews or for them to at the absolute least not get closed out and erased if you leave the app for more than a minute. I understand that this is probably not an issue for everyone, but I tend to write long reviews and I can't always remember to copy and paste it in a separate notes app if I have to pause in the middle of writing.
this app it's basically Instagram for movies full with "cinephiles" and their professional "reviews" (which most of the time are some dumb one liners or saying how hot is some actor)
it won't let you do a review and it doesn't work anymore
I've been logged out of my accounts for unknown reasons and I never get notified why so now im left with the choice of creating new accounts
