It's over-complicated imo. I don't have time to sit there and figure it out. I'm really unhappy with this app. I've opted not to use this to keep my sanity.

how do one use this remote to set the TV to hotel mode?
Pessimo. Ja tive que re-instalar pelo menos 5X. HOHE MESMO ESTOU AQUI TENTANDO REINSTALAR. Ele se desconecta da TV sozinho, desconfigura tudo sem razão aparente, depois para de reconhecer o wi-fi da casa, dps para de reconhecer a TV. TUDO ISSO SOZINHO. A TV, honestamente, uma nanocell 75", tb foi uma decepção.

I cant even forward the issue to LG, because it shuts down. if you want a smart wifi device, that just works when you are away from home, dont choose LG products. Bosch app is brilliant.

probably 1 of the worst AC ever. this is the 2nd AC unit I brought. same model. I returned the 1st unit thinking it was broken and got another 1 but it is the AC itself. it doesnt keep its cool air. I will be returning this 1 too.

Unnecessary app complicating tv viewing
I am deeply disappointed in the smart device features of my oven, and this app is weak too. it requires date of birth. The remote start requires a physical knob to be positioned and is only on for a few hours so you can't just turn it on anytime you want. It reminds you to clean at an absurd frequency. The device registers 4 times on my network / has 4 IPs. Also the air fry feature outright sucks and is not functional. You can't follow instructions on a box or it will be drastically undercooked.
i just want to adjust the temperature on my AC. idiotic app wants to optimize the AC and won't ever finish. useless app.
TV turns on and app hangs on start. Controls sometimes work and sometimes dont. I would delete this app faster than a cat chasing a mouse except my wife hid the remote control so this is my only option. Life is NOT good.
Terrible update. Forcing automatic date and time with no option to disable it ruined the app for me. Give users control back. 0 stars
Can you please fix the bugs in your app and update it? When I updated my Comcast wifi, the app would not work anymore. If I restart my phone, it will work for a couple of seconds and then shuts off. I used to use the app all the time as a channel changer for my TV. Not anymore. 🙄
Cannot use after update to the latest version. So sad. I spent few thousand dollars for a washer that I thought can connect to the wifi to remotely control the washer and download more functions for the washer but within 2years, app is not working and thus the washing machine require manual setup. It's equivalent to washing machine that are only a few hundred dollars. I'm never going to buy LG washing machine anymore in the future! Waste of my money 🤬
I am not able to use the remote all the time even if the internet connection is strong
Freezes at times. Inputing text is not as smart as other apps which bring up the keyboard on your phone to type have to login. Dislike that you have to make an account and added to home group to use remote
Glitched out after adding a device to the app and is otherwise useless. I originally wanted to screencast my phone onto my TV but I keep getting sent in circles due to this glitch.

smart washer interface is a challenge to use and does not provide adequate troubleshooting assistance. the faq is vague and doesn't help user with actual issues
Garbage bloated intrusive app that used to work great. now they have ads all over it and it takes multiple clicks to get to the remote. also tells you it requires precise location but doesn't. Garbage way to get your data and sell it. on top of the ads in the app. and the ads on the home screen. shame because it used to be fully functional without requiring all the permission and worked really well.
New remote isn't as user friendly.
there is no option to make windows or split AC as convertible. it runs to ac at 100 percentage. there is no option. to make ac fan speed SILENT - mainly for window ac
