I had scheduled my policy on June 4th to be canceled on the 19th of June and then they renewed my policy on the 19th of June, make it make sense.
1st - no telephone number for either tech support or Claims Dept, or to adjust/modify Policy... 2nd - can't login, because the 2 factor Auth text msg has 6 numbers, but app only has 5 blocks for numbers...

Can't cancel, humans are inaccessible for all hours I work, AI is a stupid and insufficient replacement for humans, there's no option to cancel on the website, and autopay has to be canceled separately from the insurance, though the app won't tell you that.
I will not waste battery power by turning off battery saver. this online management is stealing money
I missed a payment, went back to find out where it was coming from. By the time I had it all figured out and called them I was told by several people I would have to pay for the next full year up front!!! Not 6 months, the full like 2k!!!!!!! But because of that I looked around. Progressive was half the price! I have also used them before and missed a payment and even let a policy laps on my motorcycle and NEVER had to pay for anything more than monthly...
dinged for using my cars voice controlled calling, dinged for time of day driving, and over night driving! dinged for hard braking, dinged for passing people, and if you like to drive a bit fast. passengers cant use your phone!! they literally use this to clock you on how you drive as an overall human. ive never been in an accident, and they think your likely tired at 3 in the afternoon??? really come on. they penalize you for working 3rd shift also??? come on!!! 2 👎 !
Can't access app or website. no one in customer service seems to be able to help and my personal information is all wrong.
I have the app on my phone I tried to open the report and it wants me to download again why

It keeps sending me to the browser! What is the point of an app if it just sends you to the browser?

App claims to do so much, but seems to always error out to call after your nearly complete with the function. App has been nearly useless for what it could do. Recording at main phone line tells you that you can use the app for that change. Go to the App, start to enter information as advised, it then advised you to call the main line. Then the main line tells you the app does what your calling about. automated phone line is terrible! 6/26 just as worthless. you can follow a claim is about it.
this app is completely horrible. i cannot do anything on it as it immediately logs me out as soon as i login. Totally unusable and worthless.
john invited wife1.got email and passcode.where do we put it. im 78 and all i want is insurance on my car.if i have this much trouble adding my wife as a driver,not sure about this computer access .i think it takes to long.
I've noticed that my phone usage is "fair" despite me never using my phone while I'm driving. The app will only tell you about events after you've confirmed them. The phone usage events I've seen have been times where a notification wakes my phone screen or, when I've used my phone just after parking. You're score will also decrease even after one hard braking event which sometimes are inevitable to avoid an accident. The app is rigged against driver's & will score you poorly to upcharge you.
how do I contact someone through the app? sure seems like they don't want you speaking to a human ever again.

My score dropped my from 97 to 55 because I braked hard to avoid a racoon that ran out in front of me. should I just hit wildlife from now on, possibly causing damage and file a claim? I live in a wooded area. I drive home from work through an area that is forest on one side and feild on the other. although I drive slow, sometimes a deer runs out and a hard brake is necessary. This app needs a comment section so the user can give an explanation for situations like mine.
Worst insurance company in the world. They gave me a quote for $1500 for 2 cars.After two months , they bumped up for $2700 for no reason. No accidents, no nothing without any notice. I called them and they lied , right in my face about the amount of money that I need to pay.
App keeps crashing and wont let me log in. The update has not fixed this issue.

I have been dinged for driving at high risk times of day, but according the app's definition, I've never driving during those times. I've only driven in the dark 3 times in the last month, and yet my rating swings between fair and good. I have only had two hard stops, someone cut me off and a light change after the crest of a hill. I have a poor rating. I'm afraid

Over the next 89 days with perfect driving, it never went back over 95. Didn't seem to be any phone monitoring. Biggest complaint I read about. There were a couple system updates. Despite driving way more than minimum miles and having 89 perfect days. Still wouldn't go above 95 past day 60. Should have been 98/99.
I was told I was set up correctly, driven 292 miles and nothing has registered.
The app is not very accurate for phone interactions. I never responded to texts, calls, etc. while driving. I pull over to respond or respond while stopped at traffic lights. The app counts that as interactions while driving!!
The RightTrac stopped working properly. It would have unconfirmed trips but after confirmation, would randomly decide which to actually track for my overall "score".
I don't like the app. You sign in and take you to the web. The progressive app was better. Needed your ins policy pulled, no problem.
not completely accurate on reported usage. reports phone usage and not using phone. can't use a pass code doesn't give me that option. son works afternoons and getting dinged for driving home after work. braking scores are all wrong. time to start looking for different insurance.
Pathetic. It calls your default browser Since the real interface is their website the app constantly asks to use the browser when you click on anything. Really sad effort...
not very user friendly. was forced to switch to this mediocre app
