the app it's a hot garbage fire after they added the two-step verification it refuses to let me log on
The app is not accurate and does not correctly evaluate driving conditions and circumstances. as others stated, merging into highway traffic you get dinged for getting up to speed, and you also get dinged for slowing down from 60mph on a four lane highway in order to stop for a light that just turned yellow. It is deceptive saying you get discount of 5 to 30%, but a score of 87 only gives you a discount of 12%. Something is wrong with their math.

why do I need to load an app when you emailed me to click here to view my upcoming payments ..and when I did. no payment schedule, just another ridiculous app. I left Liberty Mutual over a year ago . Went with Travelers. Same coverage half the premium. Purchased a new vehicle agent found better rate with safeco. Now they merged with libbidy bibidy. Will be looking to leave asap. ridiculous commercials

Brake mechanics is awful. I live in the city, the braking patterns are way different than anywhere else. Night driving gives a low score? Even though there's less people on the road. Phone usage while "driving" but doesn't take account when pulled over, or stopped completely, how am I supposed to use my maps?
have given you all the correct info and still can't log in. You have our address wrong on car insurance my agent sent the correct address to you. Need new cards . Why are you so hard to work with?

They'll literally drop you for a cracked windshield. If you're the victim of a hit and run you'll be told you'll get your premium back and get dropped for that too lol. Progressive is $20 a month cheaper BEFORE discounts. Wild. Limu Emu is up here telling jokes lol.

when you press "create account", it'll redirect you to their website and ask about filing a claim. How do you cross your code so embarrassingly?

It is very problematic when you are the sole driver and the person paying for the coverage doesn't drive & is the passenger. Ultimately they will deny your coverage if the other doesn't drive at all at the end. Even if they pay for the insurance. The App needs to be updated to further explain how it dictates the score EVEN if you drive 5 under the speed limit, the app will STILL lower your Right Track Score! The classification of Driver & Passenger often clashes as well as being in another 🚗!
App drains my battery. My phone used to last all day and now I have to charge it multiple times a day.

This is not like any other insurance I've ever experienced, They're lacking in all areas. I installed their app. Never was able to login . and pay my bill. I was with them from Jan 122026 till April 7th . when ever I'd tried to call they couldn't locate my account, which they would hang up on me. I signed up with Allstate, and we were cancelling the policy with liberty mutual, they claim they had emailed me about a payment that didn't go through, never happened. customer service sucks
when i get a conf code, the left of the 6 boxes is off the screen to the left. both using chrome and firefox.

App so user experience heavy paired me with CEO in Lyft to interpret my driving outcomes
The app was working fine for the first few weeks. Now whenever I try to open the app I get a constant "we're loading your experience. Thanks for your patience". it will not go beyond that even after clearing cache and uninstall and reinstall of the app. The other reason for the 2 star is the driving monitor feature. It is not accurate at all and digs you for things you are not doing. I never drive between the "nighttime driving" time. Yet my score is bad. The feature needs fixing.
I love the app makes some things easier to do, I even pay the bill with it. however, the drive tracker is a great idea but with the fact it works off the phone/app instead of plugged into the vehicle i get penalized when using the gps, makeing 3-4 hour trips all freeway plus, if im not using the GPS my son is watching videos while I drive which also penalizes me when those should not be a penalty against my discount
Since one star is needed to submit, I gave another star for ease to sign in. From that point, I could not find the information about a claim I was looking for that should be listed and updated in the claim section. From the initial filing in 2024, nothing has been updated.
