If order at time of Sun raising and delivered at time of Sun set evening. Licious needs to work on it to deliver at least 2 to 3 hrs delay but not 8 - 9 hours delaying to deliver a order it's not fair.

For all users of licious, this is an important message. Whatever delivery slot you opt for, if Licious is unable to deliver by the stipulated time, they will keep on extending the time slot by 15 mins throughout the day. In the meantime someone calls from Licious requesting you to cancel the order because of some issues which the company knows. Here lies the trick. DO NOT CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE THE MOMENT YOU DO IT, LICIOUS WILL IMMEDIATELY DEDUCT Rs. 100/- as cancellation fees.

this was the worst app.i got the 50 rupees free wallet cash and i buy some chicken so i installed the app and logged in. i selected 322 rupees overpriced chicken curry cut 1 kg item and gone to checkout page. at checkout the price becomes 377 and the delivery fee pluse app fee is total 47 rupees which gives me total 400 rs with the some discount. then the 50 rupees free wallet cash is only can be used for above 500 rupees orders and i can't use more 100 rs for wallet cash. THIS WAS A CLEAR SCAM
The uncouth attitude of the delivery agent makes it seem to the customer as if they are providing their service for free-that is the impression their business conveys.

With twice the prices/cost from market the Licious don't handle properly on the late deliveries. They have tons of execuses ready. The things I can get from market in within 30 min Licious makes it hours late even if it is pre-ordered 1 day earlier.

BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. They are just selling near expiry products at a premium price. They will not mention the expiry date anywhere during the purchasing journey. Just uninstalled the app and will never use it again. Will be posting the complete details of their scam on LinkedIn soon
Never trust this app. if you are planning for party. Delivery time showing 30 mins and after 3 hours Licious is saying due to operational issues it will be deliver tomorrow. Worst app and worst excuses

Earlier the services of licious was really good.. Now it's really very bad... After placing tha order if u cancel after 2 mts.. They charge u Rs. 100.. for what? By mistake if someone orders something and try to get back to them for correction or change the order ..we are unable to get them thru... Looks like licious is deliberately doing it these days.

You don't even deserve 1 star it should be-100 stars, never delived order on time never the meat is fresh, don't get fooled by there advertisement, or else you will suffer.
very bad , today I'll order rahu bengali cut 1kg and deliver time 90 minutes and lucious delivery partner without call me or notify me he resudule the order for 4pm... disgusting this is not acceptable... from today am not going to use lucious app anymore.. worst experience ever
these guys promise to deliver in 30 mins.. but did not receive order in promised tine. they dont even care to update me of the delay. After I call and enquired, they said it will take another 1 hour.. wats the use in getting it after my lunch time.. poor service..
